I was facing a problem with purchasing but when I contact via whatsapp the problem fixed less than 10 min. I talk with (Elli no 1005) and he's so goodly.

I made a purchase for a Google play gift card. When submitting the payment details I received a prompt on the website to open my banking app chase to authorise the payment which I proceeded to do.

After the payment was successful I was expecting an instant delivery of my Google play gift card however shortly I received an email asking me to provide them with my telephone number which I did, they sent me a verification code to confirm which I entered.

I thought I would now be receiving my purchase but instead I received another email asking me to take a selfie with the bank card I used to make a purchase despite verifying through the banking app already that I am making the purchase.

This is unacceptable nowhere during the purchase process does it state we will require you to send a selfie with the bank card used to purchase.

I was very frustrated so went on the website to see how I can contact them, the send a message option is broken so I went with whatsapp support.

I explained that as it clearly was verified through my banking app that I am making the purchase I do not wish to provide a selfie of myself holding my bank card I was told it's there policy.

I explained to them that had it stated that a selfie would be required to make a purchase I wouldn't have bothered.

When I asked for a refund I was told to just submit a selfie it's not a difficult thing to do.

I refused and demanded a refund only to be told to contact them again in the morning as at night they can't check my orders.

They are able to accept orders 24/7 but unable to check orders for a refund. I am very disappointed with this experience and have contacted my bank and provided them with the relevant details. Hopefully chase will be able to reverse the transaction.

I do not recommend this site at all from my experience I am 100% sure this is a scam site I do not want anyone to lose out on money avoid them like the plague

Stole my money, after 2 days of arguing with them they said they will refund my money. 2 days later, they still havent given me my money now they are declining my calls/not answering... they arent responding to my texts. 24/7 customer service doesnt run 24/7 and they can hardly speak english. I spent 150 USD and i want my money back.
So everyone a favor and please, report this company and all their phone numbers.

Absolutely great service, very emphatic, Polite and good response, i was very anxious about my purchase because of may be a technical error but the customer care service help me calm down and told me the alternative process to claim my purchase and that was definitely helpful and i would just say excellent service

The security is too strict.i sent a dozen confirmation selfies,emails,numbers and after everything they still couldn't verify me.the staff didn't know the reason why.it took them a minute to take my money.verifying everything took me more than a day.refund am requested to wait 10 days.am honestly not happy. Might be cheaper but in my books it's not worth it

I write with great joy in my heart when I just discovered that my initial cancelled sale's order money has been fully Refunded except transaction charges by my payment company. I am really very happy with this refund. I say a very BIG THANK YOU to mtcgames company for keeping their words as regards to Refund policy of the company.
