They took down payment that is easy to use. Now I am forced to use my credit card for payment. Then they asking
" We need a verification from you.
We need a selfie with id card and credit card showing only last 4 digits and the name with a paper written on it " I bought from MTCGAME " with your email and date of today."
I need to do the verification everyday. So much uncomfortable with this.
If you really concerned, bring back the old payment system like wallet payment or upi payment.
I m saying $#*!uu every time you ask the verification. Do much inconvenience here. So fk u.

Ordered 1M IDR Playstation Credit. They sent me a cheap bundle for a game I dont have just so they can say they completed the order. Customer Service just keep saying order was completed.

They dont understand english. First they delay the delivery and try to talk around about they will contact with the admin. They asked for a refund but didnt do it at the end.

I ordered and paid for an Amazon Voucher in Canadian dollars, over a week later its not arrived. MTC hasn't responded to email queries and the customer service phone number doesn't connect.
BE WARNED. Fortunately I used my credit card so my Bank has refunded and opened a dispute with this firm.

I did not receive anything in my mail, but when I contacted support, they helped me and the problem was resolved, it was really nice

I bought on the 23rd of Dec a Fornite card. I have been trying to get the code with no luck. I have been trying to upload a photo with the suggested verification picture, and no response. I contact support and they do not help. Been trying this since 23 and no luck. Seems to be a scam, support does not help and they do no provide a simple code.

This was supposed to be a christmas present, and this has become a online scam.
