I was honestly rly scared to purchase cause of all of the reviews on here but I pre ordered the "Diamond Honey ~Heavy Gothic Lolita OP -" and it came in just fine! Shipping took a while but the quality is quite good imo and I will be wearing the dress regularly! I didn't interact much with Linda but she seemed nice and once more, all the parts of the dress came in just right. Based off of these others reviews I guess I would be a bit cautious about buying in bulk? Buying one item worked out great for me.

This is my second order with My Lolita Dress. They are a taobao reseller which means you order the items on their website and they purchase them from taobao and ship them to you. The first order, one of the items I wanted was out of stock in my size. My Lolita Dress emailed me within 48 hours and offered to get me a similar dress or refund me. I elected for the refund and they did so. The other two dresses and the shoes I ordered arrived on time and were perfect. I place a second order two years later (before thanksgiving). This time I only wanted one dress and one apron. I emailed My Lolita Dress a few days beforehand with a question about the item. They did not reply to the email. I elected to order the item anyways because it says "if I don't reply in 48 hours some emails get lost, please just email me again!". I paid for my items, paid for express shipping, got the confirmation email and waited for the time frame listed on the page. On the last day of the item order time frame I emailed My Lolita Dress and sent a message through their website saying "hey, just wanted an update!". They replied within 12 hours, told me they had the items and that they had noted the type of express shipping I wanted was getting stuck in hong kong (covid problems). They asked me if I would be okay using DHL Express instead of EMS because they were having better luck and I said that was fine. The items arrived on time (yesterday) and as described with all tags on them. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

In my opinion, it is just better to make an account on Taobao and browse the site and then use a Taobao service to acquire these items. I ordered a dress here and on the description it says about 35-45 days. I asked about a week or 2 ago about what's going on. Yesterday, which is about 40 ish days of paying for the order, I get told that it will take at max 90 days... I understand that it will take longer due to supply problems right now but that should have been put on the description! I was going to wear the dress to a convention but it just messed that up. Long wait is frustrating and I was misinformed.

Soon after I wrote about my negative experience with my-lolita-dress, linda, the owner, started spamming emails to my spouse and I. Beware, the owner will harass you if she knows who you are and you leave a bad review. My spouse bought a lucky-pack as a gift and I also bought a lucky-pack. Both lucky-packs were missing items and the seller refused to refund or send the missing items. The seller said she would send the missing items "if we bought from her store again", which is a blatant lie, greedy, and shows how much of a scam this store is. We posted our honest reviews on the store's website and when they were not posted there, we posted them here and another reviewing site. She identified who we were and used our emails to harass us multiple times. The store is a scam, but also, the seller is unprofessional and rude. She also uses the promise of gifts as an incentive to buy, but does not send them out.

Don't waste your money.

You're honestly better off buying directly from Taobao or from an independent shopping service. Just opened one of my dresses to find it damaged. There are two ripped seams on the right side of the bust and the hem on the base of the dress is unfinished. Although the damage is not directly their fault it does mean that they don't check the items before they are sent to you. Unsurprisingly I left a bad review for this item and it hasn't been posted on their website. Also after they cancelled part of the same order, Linda offered me a free gift if I replaced the cancelled item with an item of higher value instead. I accepted her offer and purchased a higher priced dress but of course when I finally received the package 3 months later there was no free gift. Although I did not feel entitled to a gift, it was offered as an incentive/apology for the cancellation issue but never sent. In my opinion this is not how business should be done. If you still decide to shop with this company which I DO NOT RECOMMEND please at least ask for detailed photos of the items before they are mailed to you.

Wonderful Experience!

Linda ( customer service rep) has been nothing but nice and extremely helpful with me! She has returned every message and all questions I've asked. Yes it may take a day or 2 as we are half a world away but she has always answered. I have made two orders with them and just received my first package. It took about 2 months which is a little long but one item was a preorder so this is about average. Everything arrived in perfect order and once shipped arrived quickly! The fit was spot on! Quality of items is fabulous! These are Not knock offs they are the real brands. Yes custom orders and pre orders take awhile as they are custom and made to order. My only complaint which is Not this stores fault but some of the "in stock" items weren't really in stock But this is a problem with the suppliers.
Yes, I plan on shopping here again because they were so helpful! And they shipped DHL which was super fast.

The title says it all. If you check out their "customer service" section you will see only an email address, and no they do not reply within 24 hours or at all. Neither do they ship the goods.

Not a scammer!

I don't understand why so many negative reviews... It is not at all a scammer site like Light in the Box et simila. I ordered several things, including a fully customized pink dress, and you can see the result yourself. It is a 100% secure site.

The owner is a thief. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. There are no reviews less than 5 stars on the website because they do not get posted.
I ordered two lucky packs and they were 3 months late. I asked for the lucky packs to include gothic lolita, but I only got sweet lolita in a black colorway. In the $29.99 lucky pack, the dress I got was poor quality, had wonky measurements, and a broken and awkwardly-placed zipper. I couldn't even find a stock photo of the dress because it was a plain, generic taobao dress from 2016. It was most likely dug up from the owner's storage because the dress is not on the website and probably hasn't been for years. The $9.99 lucky pack is a scam. All photos of the $9.99 lucky pack show a skirt or a dress, but I got an ugly cape with clashing themes. The cape had bat wings yet buttons with anchors. All of the items I got looked like things that were unsellable because of the bad designs.
I also got none of the accessories that were supposed to be included in the lucky pack. I bought a $9.99 pack and a $29.99 pack. The $9.99 pack included an item and 1 accessory, and the $29.99 pack included a dress and 2 accessories. I got none of the accessories. I could not make a PayPal dispute because the owner went as far as to edit the lucky pack's descriptions on the website's page before I could screenshot it. She deleted and edited the descriptions of the included accessories. She refused to refund for the missing items.
Also, the owner made an announcement on the website promising that anyone that ordered a lucky pack would get a free gift to compensate the extremely late shipping. No surprise, I did not get any free gifts for my 3 month late orders. The owner's response was "Really sorry for the missing gift. Could I include that in next pack? Could you please email me to remind about it, when there's next order?". The owner was not even willing to ship out the missing accessories or the free gifts. I am not going to order another lucky pack. I am not ordering at this store again. It is a scam.

No Refund

I ordered a dress. They said it was out of stock. I asked for a refund. No reply 6 months later :( Such a waste of my money!

This has happened to two of my friends too. Don't buy here!

I ordered a dress in May 2016 with custom sizing. It didn't arrive until Thanksgiving long after I needed it for an event. I emailed them countless times with few responses and no real answers. It was always something along the lines of "custom sizing takes 35-65 days processing time and will be there soon" even after it passed the 4 month mark.
When the dress arrived I will say it was nice. Just about how it was pictured, but obviously a replica of another brand's dress. That's what this site is and was what I expected. Was it worth all the time and money though? No.
I love this website for the sole reason that they let you specify all of the measurements of your items, something I need since I'm a plus size Lolita. If I had another website option, trust me I'd be using it.

I ordered items from this shop 3 times( because I am stupid) and each time I was really disappointed. Long story short: their items never arrive on time, no matter what. But my last experience with them is by far the worst.
On 1st september I have purchased a coord, ( it was not cheap, a few hundred dolars). They took my money, everything was fine, let them know that my deadline is at the end of november.
1 month later, I contacted them to see where my package is. The response was: "Our website had a bug and we didn't see your order, so it is not tailored". So they accepted my money, but couldn't let me know that I will get no package!
After compaining, I agreed to let them send it with premium shipping, promising that it will arrive right on the deadline.
Surprise it never did. They shipped it 2 days before the deadline!
I asked for a refund since they had ruined my plans and everything.
They just ignored and offered me some "shop credits" if I am satisfyed with my purchase.
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
If you need your items in a certain amount of time, just don't. If you are fine with recieving them in 8 months, go ahead. Just make sure to mail them everyday, just to know if they are still being shipped :)!

Pre-Order Mishap
September 4, 2018

I did a preorder back in late July for a dress that should have been delivered to me in late August since I needed it at the beginning of this month. I got an email from them stating that the sizing was a little off and that they would need a little extra time. I agreed when I should have just told them to send it regardless. I've been waiting over a month for this dress and my other items and they have sent no emails in response to my questions and concerns. I just sent an email asking for a refund, I'm hoping that this will work out.

And the worst part I could have gotten the same dress at a different company for less and for less time...

I purchased a pair of high heel sandals from My Lolita Dress back in February. I am a big "gal" at 6'4" 250lbs so shopping for women's shoes is difficult. I was very excited to find this site with a large selection of shoes available in my size. I ordered a pair and anxiously waited. The sandals arrived but the strap was a couple inches too short to fasten. My ankles are proportionate. When I wrote them they tried to blame me and then agreed to send longer straps. I told them specifically how long to make them. I waited two months, which they said I would have to; this bugged me because it wasn't my fault and there are faster shipping methods than this, but of course they wanted to do it on the cheap. After waiting the two months with no straps in sight, I contacted and was told they would be ready the following Monday and may have to wait another 5 to 6 weeks. The new straps arrived thankfully much sooner than that but with a different stud detail that doesn't match the strap across the toes, longer than requested and I was told I could cut them to length, I did this and of course had to punch additional holes as well. I strapped them both on, stood up and nearly broke a leg because the shoes are apparently, despite their size, not engineered to handle my weight and they immediately buckled at the point were the heel joins the sole. These were not stiletto heels at all but chunky ones. Poor quality, poor customer service, dishonorable liars.

I have been ordering from this site since February of last year, where I have ordered 5 items in total. Every single item I have ordered from there was absolutely immaculate quality, and looked exactly like the picture it was shown as on the buying page. The fabric is far from cheap, and the construction and attention to detail of the garments and petticoats I have ordered was fantastic. The prices of the items vary between brands and styles of the items, but I believe that theyre all extremely worth the money as I have yet to come across a garment that wasnt worth the money.

The only downfall would be the shipping expenses, as it is pretty pricey. Despite it being pricey, the shipping itself is amazing and comes very quickly with no problems (as of yet). I live in the United Kingdom so I cant say for for how fast itll be in other countries.

My most expensive buy from this site was for a fancy black Lolita coat, which was around £100. I had never spent that much money before on that site before, so I was hesitant at first but in the end I just went for it. Shipping was great as always, and so when I got it I was in shock at the spectacular quality of the coat. The fabric was soft and extremely good quality, the condition of the entire coat was perfect. Just everything about it was nothing short of perfection.

If anyone is wondering whether this is a good site to buy cheap lolita clothing from, I say go for it! Its pretty good for beginners in the fashion, and for those who dont fancy paying the extreme prices for Japanese brand garments.
