I followed the steps to download and install the software. After that, I had a problem getting Microsoft to accept the software key provided by seller. This occurred after hours, so I had to wait until Monday morning to resolve. It took tech support less than 5 minutes to fix my problem. And I didn't have to wait a long time for them to answer the phone. These guys are good.
Placing the order was painless. But I'd rather use PayPal, which was not an option.
