After being unable to locate my Microsoft license, I purchased one from this company for $179.00. As I went to try and download it onto my new computer, I found my other license. I called the company immediately (with in minutes of my purchase) to try and return it. I was told no because they can't re-sell it, yet they said I could somehow resell it on Ebay, with makes no sense to me. I would not recommend this company as they are not at all straightforward about return policies and clearly do not are about their customers after they have their money! They say most products can be returned in 30 days, but make it very difficult to understand which ones. I am sure they have covered themselves legally with fine print. Just because something is legal, does not make it good business practice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I recently purchase MS Office 2021Suite, MS 2019 Visio Pro, and MS Publisher LTSC. My order was partially fulfilled, with Publisher being delayed. I contacted support and talked Greg S.He could have simply investigated and provided the ETA of Publisher but he did not. Instead, he inquired about my needs to understand why I was purchasing Publisher. His inquiry helped me remember that I did not need to purchase Publisher because it is included in the Office Suite. I knew this from previous purchases, but in the "fog" of ordering, I forgot about it. Greg processed a refund for me. This is another reason why My Choice Software is my provider of choice (pun intended). I don't even bother to look at other suppliers!

I was pleasantly surprised by the swift delivery of my order. The product not only lived up to its description but also came with the added bonus of helpful assistance in setting everything up. It's been quite some time since I've encountered such commendable service.

The price is pleasant and very fast delivery, there is an instruction and I easily coped with the installation.
After trying the new software for professional use, I was satisfied. Fast loading and software, will allow you to surf the Internet. There are programs for creating and editing graphics. Adobe Photoshop, GIMP and Paint.I got everything

I purchased a windows 10 pro license by mistake and realized my mistake within 5 mins of purchasing it. I am a senior citizen) I contacted them immediately and it still took them 7 days to return my money. On top of the wait of 7 full days, they did not refund my full amount statingbthere us a 15% restock fee. They are rip offs. Do not do business with them especially if you are on a fixed budget. They will steal your money.

Best price found. Downloaded the program and all went well but when I went to register and activate the program I was informed that that specific license had already been registered. I then had to wade through the lengthy process of contacting Microsoft to manually register each copy I had purchased. It all worked and I'm good to go in the end but the frustration and hassle was not fun.

Easy and quick if it works. However it is not downloading. It keeps giving me a "download failed"!

Quick and easy. Got my license key and install instructions within an hour of my placing the order! And this on a Saturday afternoon. The email also indicate what OS level you must have. It was then I realized I ordered the wrong product, I needed to order a macOS. Send email explaining my problem on Sunday. And got the correct license key Fast and installed with no problems. Web is user friendly. I have windows 10S which protects my laptop but it is not easy to download. Followed instructions, got it downloaded, then it said the product key has been used too many times. I called the number provided and carefully typed in two sets of multiple (A LOT) of numbers. At this point I was thinking maybe I was scammed. Then, everything went through and I was relieved. I am happy to pay a one time charge rather than the monthly fee charged by MS.
