Ordered two vases. What was supposed to be delivered on the 27th was delivered on the 3rd next month. When the products came, the vases were shattered and the plants/flowers were rotting with a disgusting smell. I wasn't able to even open the packaging without cutting my hand on the glass shards and powders.
I wrote to customer service about this, and they reply a week later. I sent them the images I had taken but they suddenly started asking for more images from other angles. After I explained multiple times that it's been over a week since I threw away the garbage, they are telling me continuously that if I can't upload a new pic, I will not be sent a new piece/refunded.
This is a scam website, please do not put yourself through the trouble of dealing with this. I cannot confirm this, but it is likely that the company writes good reviews for itself. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Ordered a cake for mum's birthday, got delivered after 2 days. Rude response during delivery as well
Their USP is deficiency in service. Customer care staff poorly informed. They take delivery charges and give a stretch of 12 hours for delivery slot. If you want in time pay triple times delivery charges. And you go on waiting. They may deliver at the last minute of 12 hour slot and say we are as per schedule. Imagine the person to be felicitated for anvent with cake!? And can you imagine flowers being delivered at late night. What quality it will have. Very unreliable not worth your hard earned money. So give a pass to this non serious people.
The birthday cake which was supposed to come latest by 12 came at 8:45 pm in the night when the party was over and guests were gone. Someone else's gift card got delivered to me. Cake was too too sweet when I had asked for sugarfree one. Extreme inefficiency and poor service. Hated my first experience with them. Should have stuck to much better brands like Theobroma or Chocolaty. Chocolaty experience was really good...people should try them.

These guys play the game very well. First they will take both order and money from you. After that your order will not be delivered on time. Then they will tell you that we tried to deliver, but there was no one there / or they refused to take it. After that when you talk to their customer care, then they will demand more money from you. All this has happened to me. I had to pay more to get my gift delivered. Never work with these people, they neither return the money nor listen to you. He only tells about himself. Otherwise I would never have written about any other company.
Worst service. I have sent an order for my girlfriend to surprise her. Firstly they were lying that the order is delivered but in reality it was not. Then I have raised the complaint on the same day - then they delivered it the next day that too very late evening (like 8ish). They have delivered the different flowers than what I ordered as well and when I have raised the complaint then its been a week and they are not replying to me and closing my complaint without any notes. They have charged me 200Rs extra for the fixed time delivery. There was no sense of ownership by the customer service team and the person who was handling my compliant. I will never order anything from their website again. Stay away from this website.
Bad service. They have not delivered my flower arrangement and greeting card. But they said "it's delivered " even paid extra money Becos I have given specific time slot. Bad customer service. Try to chat with them. Asking me the same question. "Order no.?" Which I have given 15 times. Still not fix.
I ordered (Order Id *******) an expensive bouquet of roses in a vase but they delivered a simple bunch of flowers which do not match with product on display from any angle. When I explained the problem to them by calling their number *******000, the customer rep said 'let me check' and then simply disconnected the phone. Thereafter they didn't pick the phone. Bogus site, false advertisement and fake images of products - they are out there to cheat remote customers. Don't go by all the fancy bouquets on their site. These are just images picked from other site. Myflowertree doesn't have the necessary set-up to deliver these. Not at all recommended.
Wrong order received. Ordered cake and ROSES instead received cake and CHOCOLATES.
Message on the cake was not written properly and was spoilt. Chocolate flakes were missing from the cake.

I ordered rakhi parcels for my all brothers and spent 3500rs, which is not been delivered yet. Rakhi was on 11th of August and it's 18th of August today. I'm still waiting. But they are keep saying that it's in the transit and they are trying to contact to their partners. But they are not doing anything. When I checked status of my parcel, it was not even in transit. These people are just making me fool. Plz don't use this service. Such a bad experience.
It's a fraud company. They collect money online and don't bother to deliver your product. The customer service line is no more than a fake call centre. They oy respond with sorry for inconvenience and now they are not even answering the call. I have provided my order id which was emailed by them with an expected date of delivery. Now they seem.to be just non existent when I try to contact them. Very bad experience
I placed an order on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan 11thAug-22 I selected same day delivery option and paid Rs. 200 for same day delivery, However today is 12th Aug and my order is not deliver, MyFlowerTree customer care phone no isn't working and they stole my money, I am completely cheated by this website.

I ordered for 2sets of a gift for my brothers on the account of rakhi. Only one set was delivered. Can never reach their customer support. No response to complaints raised. I lost money. Most importantly the product was not delivered after the payment. Horrible! How can I upload a photo of an item delivered as a gift to my brothers. They don't attend to the complaint until i upload a photo! How ridiculous is that!
This is the worst service for delivering cakes and flowers, kindly don't order anything from them. I ordered a cake yesterday for 1 day delivery option which is not yet delivered I called the support 6th time and they keeps changing the time slots only and shows you the fake status on tracking order field.

Dint get deliver with any message on top of the cake.
Enquired with the team and they blamed me that i did not write any message.
Order tracking under my order page is not smart enough to save all specifications we did on the cake.

Never Ever use this website for order the gift for your loved ones. They don't have any professional ethics for client satisfaction. I ordered a gift on 27/06/2022 and as mentioned there website it will take 2-3 working days. But once I called the customer care the guy(Worst employee) on 01/07/2022, he is saying that the gift will reach on 04/07/2022. So I ask him 'why the delay happened?' Suddenly he played a well game that. Voice is breaking can you hear me. Like. Then he cut the call. Many time I tried to contact them. But not answering..
Delivery had no resemblance to the order placed. Myflowertree refused to refund my money or provide the correct product. Save your money and your peace of mind and look elsewhere for better service.
I have ordered gift for a wedding anniversary of 2nd Jun 2022. I got a message saying that it will be delivered today between 8 am to 12 pm. Still not yet delivered. It is a very worst experience for me. Please don't book any order using myflowertree
Answer: Yes, I have ordered Rakhi Set on 21st july, which was scheduled to deliver on 27th July, instead it is delivered on 10th August, moreover the rakhi set which I got was not the one which I ordered. Below are the photos I have already raised the concern to chat portal, but no one responded on that.

Answer: Why did you open this fraud website to play with customer's emotions. We send give on special occasion to make the event special. And your website ruining this by not delivering order. Your delivery boy use to call recipient to make mid night delivery in the morning and not deliver all the items also send delivered message in mid night only. This is a very very big fraud what you people are doing. I have ordered two delivery 625484 and 628713 in which I have got one in morning at 8:40 and vase was not there other we still not getyet. Also your delivery boy did not delivered it some one else came to deliver it 7011580948. Unbelievable. I am not gonna leave this like this because I have tried every email phone number message chat to contact you but did not get any response.
