Horrible Services... ZERO Empathy for the customer... Do not ever use them. From The Flower Tree". Especially the Customer Care. I had ordered for a delivery (Gift) at a particular time (I paid extra for the same) slot. These guys coolly Change and Delay The timing by Two hours and do not Inform me. I call them. One CCE puts me.on hold acting as if she'd resolve the issue and then cuts my call. Another one Says she cannot do anything about it and I should raise a complaint on the website. I just wonder why they were hired. To do what. And how they were hired. Basically. I feel the culture of this company is towards Money First and then the Customer. Not Vice Versa. Sad..

I had ordered cake & flowers to be delivered at chandigarh. In spite of several reminder s they were not delivered. Then they told me your amount will be deposited in your wallet, again they failed. On other hand they are shameless so I stopped reminding them because I can't scoop down to their level.

First of all, the product did not deliver on the promised date, rather 2days late. Secondly, any random plant was delivered. Nothing like the one i actually ordered. The plant was almost like dead, and not in the condition to be saved/ kept at home. Very disappointing results!

I received the delivery at 9 PM which is almost 12 hours after the delivery slot was booked in for! Pathetic customer service. No help received at all. The entire day was ruined. I paid for fresh flowers and gifts, what I received was dry old flowers, 1 month left expiration chocolates almost opened box, a tiny torn paper piece with my message not even COMPLETE for my mother! Very dissatisfied and disappointed will never use your service hereafter!

Never ever order from this site. I had ordered the flowers for mother's day which they delivered two days late and that too the flowers weren't fresh but dull and withered. Their site showed fake delivery status. The site was showing that the receiver was not responding to call and delivery attempt failed when in reality they had made no calls. Infact on enquiring from the delivery boy on delay of my order he told that their shop hadn't received this order from my flower tree until today and the delay wasn't from their end. Please don't order from this site. My 1500 rupees gone in trash but above that they ruined my beautiful day.

I ordered a cake from them on 8th May 2022, that is, on Mother's day. The cake was delivered to me after more than 35 hours on 9th May when the occasion was over. I have attached a proof of my purchase below. They have extremely poor Customer care service, they have just one customer care number which they never pick. I can't even express the mental harassment i have gone in the last two days. On their website also, you can't lodge a complaint. Also, they won't heed in to your requests for a refund. Total fraud company. I will never ever in my life buy anything from this fraud company. If you care for your money, never ever buy anything from these fraudsters.

Request not to order from this as my order was not delivered and no response on phone. Even not refunded my amount too after failure in delivery.

I regret not reading the reviews before placing order. They Took my money, and didn't deliver on the given date and time inspite of the fact that I choose to pay extra for delivery on the exact time. Worse still, they never responded/refunded/or delivered in any case. That's cheating! Now I Have no product and my money too is gone.

They never bothered calling or responding after umpteen no. Of complaints I placed.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MYFLOWERTREE.
MOST inefficient, incompetent, unethical and unempathetic business.

My daughter booked a Cake and Flowers on the occassion of Mother's Day but till date no response from this horrible vendor. They are not bothered to pick the calls and not even reply the messages. Please dont use this Service. Order no. *******

This site is a fraud. They have not delivered my item on the same day. They kept on saying no body picked which was wrong... such sites should be banned so that others might not get trapped. Strict punishment should be taken against such sites. They are cheaters only hunting for money with no business

Worst customer service and no point of contact. Very annoying.In such a competitive time this is a kind of service they are providing by giving misleading information.

Very poor service - did not supply what i ordered for my sister in the hosptial. I ordered for 12 orchids in a glass vase but what they sent her was 6 roses and 6 kitkat- cost of which is much less than the cost of orchids.

Useless company. Never again in 10 lifetimes will i use this con of a company. Full of lies. Will lie to get order and never fulfill on timing.

Fresh and fabulous and great flowers and cakes. Very well handled and delivered on time. I like the gifts alot
