Why would this site ask for my ID just for a gift card? I honestly don't understand. I wouldn't send my passport and a selfie to a site I don't know, especially when all I want is a gift card. I really don't get why they take such extreme "security" measures—it's very odd. I had paid with PayPal, but ended up canceling because I didn't want to share my personal identity. To their credit, they refunded the money instantly. While I'm not saying I wouldn't recommend the site—it actually seems secure—these so-called security measures, like asking for your ID and a selfie, really put me off. Who knows what they'll use your data for, right?

After purchase you'll be told you need to verify ID. Good luck... The method they use is frustrating and almost unusable. No matter how hard you try, or how readable the photo is, they reject it every single time.
You'll never get your order, and you'll likely never get a refund.

This company allowed fraudulent transactions to occur on our Debit Card. They refuse to refund us the money that they took from us. They won't answer the phone number listed with the transaction and will not return a phone call. We want our money back!

I bought an Amex card but they never delivered the card info. They only delivered some links and when I told them that are a scam they told me to contact Amex but they never gave me a card number...after that they never respond. Big scam, do not buy from them.

I ordered a ShowTime $ 50 gift card as a gift. My friend never got the link to the card. I have sent about 12 emails or more over last month trying to either get the link or a refund. They insist it was opened. We communicated many times that we didn't get it. Why would I go through all of this if we got it?! It's been frustrating and it's the principal. They are scammers and have the nerve to send me advertising emails!

I bought a vanilla gift card of 25$ for 34$!
I tried the card and it says ONHOLD!
I called vanilla customer support they told me they should replace and they need A USA ADRRESS(IM OUTSIDE OF THE USA)
So now im with a card that cant be used and i can call this STEALING because i got no value from the 34$.

I talked to my giftcardsupply.com and they told me they cant do anything nor help me activate card.
So i HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND YOU WILL BE SCAMMED TOO.

The most frustrating system with bad and unfriendly service. Could not get the gift card to open, instructions were unclear esp dealing with a foreign country. Finally got someone from customer service and in my opinion the tone of emails made me feel stupid. Finall afetr a week got the issue solve but my nephew made a mistake when entering his email.well that's that and noone can help and the money spent is gone. WOULD NEVER DO BIZ WITH COMPANY AGAIN! I am nbot sure they actually care.

Much like other people, gets your I.d and cancels your order. BBB should shut stuff like this down..

Google play and Itunes have started putting up geo-restrictions through 2 factor-authentication. So you can have the best the VPN in the world, but there is no way to bypass your cellphone number location. So don't even think setting up a fake address in the us with a fake telephone number they want it verified. And mygiftcardsupply full well knows it and is just refusing to refund. PLEASE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES DON'T USE!

They refuse to help with my issue with redeeming my code on playstore and advised me they cannot give me another code or refund my money DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered visa gift card and it was a nightmare, I couldn't use it because it said I don't live in the USA. Of course they asked for my id and my address and they see I m in Canada but they sell it to me. I couldn't use it and when I contacted them by email only there is nothing to do or you install a VPN and choose USA location and of course the VPN they suggested was a paid one and still not working. They told me to contact visa customer service who are much friendly and try to do something on the phone. So if you need any kind of gift card go to there company like visa card to visa Amazon to Amazon... don't use this bad scame useless website who sell the card higher than the companies them self. The 1st and last time buying for them

I just got scammed! These people are scammers! Do not engage with them. I got here because I wanted to purchase an Amazon gift card. I was in a hurry and went to https://wise.com/. I saw this website listed. I foolishly, forgot to do my research and ended up sending this people money. The payment is still pending, and I am told I can dispute if the item isn't to my liking. Please avoid this business and never take advice from wise.com. No website should ask for your photo id. Gosh

I was duped and I sent money to a hacker. I tried to get the gift card voided, but mygiftcardsupply was unable to help me out or help me get my money back. Fortunately, Paypal was able to help me with buyer protection which I don't know if it holds true for all paypal clients, but likely because I have Paypal credit card protection. If you buy from this company, you risk losing your money if you are taken by a scammer
