I placed order M2324 with My Home Nature on November 2nd.
From the moment I paid, I received zero communication from the company — no shipping updates, no customer support replies, nothing at all.
The only emails I ever received were:
1. An automatic order confirmation, and
2. An automatic cancellation notice after I repeatedly tried to contact them.
Not a single real human response.
No explanation.
No customer service.
No refund at the time of cancellation.
This level of service is absolutely unacceptable for American consumers.
If a company chooses to operate in the U.S. market, it must meet basic standards:
– timely communication,
– transparent shipping information,
– real support,
– and immediate processing of refunds.
My Home Nature failed at all of these.
Based on my experience, they should not be targeting U.S. customers if they are unable to deliver even minimal service or communication.
I strongly advise others in the United States to avoid this store until they can demonstrate real professionalism and reliability.
I bought several rare plants from this site. They shipped from Hong Kong. To my surprise, they packed and protected plants very well. All plants arrived healthy. Recommend!
I bought 7 M. Balfouri from myhomenature at a very good price, all arrived healthy and feisty but 1. The packaging was done perfectly. I sent them a picture of the dead one and they quickly refunded my money for it. Over all I'm very happy with my experience with this company.
