So, I'm not a woman lol but I bought their products for my wife and she absolutely fell in love! Thankyou so much kitsch for changing her life! Forever customer! From the moment you order from kitsch you know you're more to them than just another order, they make you feel special and let you know how much they appreciate your business! Ordering, Customer service, value and product! 5 star for sure!

I bought the rice water shampoo and conditioner bars and the charcoal and sugar scrub bars and love them. I bought a shower caddy and it came with the leg was bent and I let them know and they sent out a replacement right away. I highly recommend and will continue to use the bottle-less products. Makes my hair silky and smooth and lathers up well. That sugar scrub bar is scrumptious. Charcoal bar-amazing. Customer service 10 out of 10. Products 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

I received my order fairly promptly, and the items (cotton face masks) were ok. But I only received two of the three items I ordered. I have contacted customer service three times, and still zero response. Like, not even an acknowledgement that they received my message. They are very good at bombarding me with daily marketing messages, though. So, if that's what you're looking for-- this is your place!

This package is not on its way. YOUR COMPANY HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND FAILED TO PROVIDE THE ITEMS PURCHASED OR RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND CALLS. This package has not arrived at the shipper. The track the package link indicates that the shipper STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS. Either refund my purchase or send the order.

Respond to this email or I will have to provide this information to the better business bureau and proved public comment in social media.

I like different beauty care products. This time I dec8ided to use tyhe ones offered by this brand. That was my first time and you know I will keep using the brand for some time because I like everything that I bought.

I ordered items and was looking forward to it as i am a college student. Unfortunately, they sent it to the wrong address and I never got my package. They are unable to send me anything or give me a refund. I would avoid using this website at all costs especially if you are a broke college student like me just trying to order comfortable reusable masks. This was a waste of time and money

I ordered the floral masks on August 20th, finally received them on August 27th. But, I was send someone else's order and they're the wrong masks. Immediately called the customer service number and was waiting for someone to answer for 30 minutes. Hung up and finally sent an email. Sorry Mary Beth in MS, your leopard print masks are in MN.

Kitsch weighted eye masks are awesome... top quality. It really has improved my sleeping. This a company with a heart that cares about all their customers and feature great products.

This brand uses high-quality ingredients and has wonderful customer service. I have several scalp issues and the shampoo bar did wonders improving and healing my scalp.

Never again will I order from this company. It's a scam. I ordered face masks and two weeks went by and my shipping status never updated. I called, and they said it got "lost". Suspicious. Customer service then stated they would send me a new order expedited shipping. HAHA. It's been a week and still have not received my order. This company is a JOKE. Goodbye.
