We've been using bidding owl for our online auction since 2019. It's a great platform to use for an auction. It's easy to set up an auction and a great tool for managing. You can communicate with previous bidders and then the winners at the end. The staff are super helpful and have even helped over the weekend whent he auction starts! This auction is one of our largest fundraisers for https://theryanhomeproject.org/ and we have been able to plan for this income knowing how it works now. We just finished our auction and made over $9,000.

We have been using bidding owl now for a few years and have been very successful. I have found it easy to use and any questions we may have, have been answered fairly quickly. Everyone from bidding owl seems very helpful and our bidders seem happy! The updated site is quicker easy to manage.

I have been setting up my first auction with Bidding Owl. I am very pleased with the overall customer service. Someone always answers the phone and is available to help me. I have called multiple times because I am a beginner at this sort of thing. They are always patient and kind. Very helpful! I highly recommend Bidding Owl.

We used bidding owl for our Elementary School PTO silent auction. Easy to use, navigate and setup our auction. They had recently migrated to their new platform which provided better tools. Easy to bulk upload items which was a huge plus. Any issues that came up, their customer service was easy to reach and very responsive and helpful. We loved that they auto-generated QR codes that we could use to put on our posters that we displayed at our event. Great value for the money! Will be using them again next year (and have used them in years prior)!
