This is just based on my call to their customer service to purchase a prefab outdoor kitchen. Piyush Banerjee helped me with all the questions I had regarding the product and made the purchase process easy. My product will be delivered in a few weeks. So this is not a review of the product itself or their shipment experience.
After 17 pictures and 2 video requested over a week New age still will not return my money or replace the product which is what i wanted. Road runner was the shipper who damaged the product and Newage will do nothing.Been on about 3 hours worth of phone calls and emails.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Piyush Banerjee. I have been working with Newage for a few months, but finally finalized my plan today. He was very helpful and patient. He took the time to explain when I didnt fully understand. Thank you, Piyush and the rest of awesome people at Newage!

I bought the New Age garage floor product. It has been the worst experience I've had with a high-end product. First, the system is not easy to install. After watching the instruction videos and reading the 99 page installation manual (and referring to it often), it is still not locking the way it's supposed to. I've put it down and picked it up four times now. I've been advised by the company to use sealant on the tiles, only to be told I should absolutely NOT do that - ruining 10 boxes of this expensive system. I've now called and or emailed Customer Success five times. I keep getting moved around with absolutely no valid solution. Now I have 700 sq ft of product out of the box and I am not able to return it, AND the company has started to completely ghost me. The tiles are beautiful and I would love nothing more than for them to work out but at this point, I've just thrown my money away. It's worthless to the DIYer.

My experience with Charan Poojary was excellent today. We are starting the design process and he was very helpful in identifying all of our needs and answered all questions fully. He is very knowledgeable of the New Image products. He was courteous and confirmed everything we discussed to make sure the design team has a very good understanding of our project. Ordered a $5000 custom kitchen. Once installed the burners never worked. The company wanted me to drive my product into a local business to get a quote for them instead of letting me return my product that SHOULD be fully warranteed. I told them i want a refund and rhe REP said he'd review my request with his "team" and call me right back. Never did nor did they respond to my emails. Id never order from them again. Try another company!

I ordered $11k worth outdoor kitchen on 7/20/23. Designer said I should expect delivery the week of 8/11/23 and all items in stock. Upon calling the customer service today, I was shocked to hear 4 items are out of stock. They will arrive only on 11/30/23 and that my items will be shipped in December. Really? Is this a joke? Why are they not transparent with the customers? Why are the items not in stock? Are we still living in the Covid world with supply chain issues?How are the other companies delivering on time? What's the point of getting delivery in December when I placed the order in July? You also wasted 5 weeks of my time…
