The contact was nice, and they made sure i got the right product. I got it within a reasonable period, and it works as expected.

I'm pissed because the keyboard is not identical to the picture and the original laptop I replaced. The problem is which the tape which is mounted in a different direction than the original, which caused a lot of problems. I checked symbol, serial number, photos and expected exactly the same what is on your website.

I finally found a proper keyboard replacement for my notebook here. The price was fair considered the scarcity of the product and it was delivered on time (a couple of weeks) with tracking all the way. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

I ordered a laptop keyboard and was notified that the keyboard was shipped with express shipping on Feb 15 2022. The keyboard never arrived. After a short time of being assured that the keyboard will arrive and it is delayed due to covid, the keyboard did not arrive and NewLaptopKeyboard.com stopped responding and did not issue refund and just kept the money without sending anything. Recommend to stay away from this vendor.

I ordered a keyboard on their website with a price of $70. Less than an hour later I received an email saying it would be another $47. So you don't keep your website up to date? I would have willingly paid the full amount if that is what had been listed but I don't do bait and switch. I was also surprised that they don't have any kind of expedited shipping.

Was a real struggle to find a replacement keyboard for my panasonic toughbook I was repairing as my old keyboard was not working at all (I probably got water into it), but this website was able to provide the exact one I needed.

Arrived quite quickly, and the new keyboard replacement worked perfectly with zero issues.
All in all, very happy with my purchase and they have a good customer service, If I had portable device needing a new keyboard I would definitely look to New Laptop Keyboard.com as my first bet.

I needed a new keyboard for my laptop and found this store via google search. Ordered the keyboard i wanted. A shop employee (Joe) contacted me and asked for pictures (front and back) of my old keyboard to make sure I ordered the right one. H ealso pointed out that the Keyboard I ordered is a US configuration. Sadly I needed a german configuration which was not avaliable. But no worries I got a full refund.
Very quick response. All took place in 2 days. Refund via paypal.

I ordered a new HP laptop keyboard and specified that it must be a UK version. The team at newlaptopkeyboard were excellent they asked me for a photo of front and back of old one which I sent and they came back to me saying I needed to pay some extra air freight fees of £8.40 which was fine so I paid up and confirmed the funds had been sent by PayPal. I got and email from Joe there saying that they didn't have any in stock and asked whether I wanted a refund or to wait. I asked for a refund and got it the same day. Excellent service and superb customer care, highly rated in a world of unknowns!

I order a keyboard for a acer s5 371, posted to Brazil... It arrived well packed and working, the only note I would make is that it took longer to arrive than they originally announced on their website. Their costumer service, was fairly responsive (replies was generally within 24hrs).

I needed an unusual keyboard for a gaming laptop. These guys were very helpful and supportive through the process of finding and ordering the replacement. I would add that they were attentive to my order and even corrected my order error and were very helpful in finding a new laptop keyboard. All in all I am very satisfied!

I can get Japanese layout keyboard. Same as original PC.

I have been in contact with Joe from newlaptopkeyboard.com for some weeks now. The response time to my several emails has always been very short, which is very positive! Also, I did buy something which at the end was not suitable for me, so Joe refunded me without any problem. Perfect!

I contacted NewLaptopKeyboard about obtaining a replacement for an old Panasonic laptop keyboard I had spilt some water on. I ordered online via PayPal, so I trusted they were a good company. They came back to me quickly to tell me the OEM keyboard was no longer available, but proposed an alternative possible solution. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me, but they gave me a full refund and funds were back in my account within 48 hours. I'd definitely use them again, but I will be more careful with my keyboards in future!
