I ordered two separate orders on August 9 one order came as promised second order was lost by shipper called shippers. They said they have to find it and then it'll be 2 to 3 business days before we can have it. I need this shirt for an event on August 13 I called customerservicefan.com And was told that there's nothing they can do for three days I said, but I need the shirt I paid for overnight shipping so that I was sure to have it for the 13th. The gentleman that I talk to was less than cooperative told me well this is the way it is and if it doesn't get if it get on time and it's unfortunate. I don't think that's acceptable. They have time to overnight ship another one today is only 10 August and he flat out refused and said it just won't get there. We have to wait till the 13th before they would re-ship a new shirt or credit our credit card that's the best Customer Service this company has. I wouldn't let a dog order from this company again.

The refs are trash! Calling unnecessary calls on plays that arent there. The replays surly say otherwise! I don't think it's fair for them to favor 1 team an not the other. They are there to do a job as equally as they can an that's not happening. Don't care if it's the playoffs or not. They need to be equal!

NFL morning show needs to hire a few adult sportscasters. Realistic reviews of games and expert opinions on where a game or playoff is headed. Kyle and his screaming forces me to change channels. Your platform should deliver quality analysis of games, interviews with active players and interviews with old timers and their opinions would be welcome. Currently, I just cannot watch the morning show. Football Life programs are always good. J. L. Hibbert an old guy that suffers no foolishness.

I purchased NFL Plus to watch the Vikings Game, it wasn't available - but then there was no way to cancel. It has awful customer services with only chat available to help. I filed a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice. This shouldn't be allowed.

When I called and nicely pleaded my case as my grandson LOVES Patrick Mahomes and all he wanted was a jersey fr Christmas and I am sick and cannot go get one for him at a local store, I was told that they cannot change the date and that I should have ordered earlier (than a month before Christmas) and then hung up on. I have no words, My grandson is going to be crushed. I am going to have to go to every store in the immediate area hoping to find one (mind you, I am sick and should not be out) but Nfl.com has to stick to its policy and are blaming it on me and hanging up on me when I argue back. I have been trying to stream games using NFL+. The games are never available without a TV provider. This is not a streaming platform as promoted. If don't have a provider you won't get games. A total waste of $'s
I live in a rural area and have no TV provider; anything I get comes over the internet. I thought if I subscribed to NFL.com. I would be able to watch the football games, so I signed up for the trial subscription. I canceled that 2-3 days after signing up because I could not see the games. But they billed me $5.32 anyway. Companies you deal with viz credit card all have contact information on your credit card bill. NOT NFL.COM. Maybe I didn't cancel soon enough (although I'm really sure I did) but afraid they are going to charge me monthly, I went to the website. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE. NO EMAIL ADDRESS TO CONTACT THEM FOR DETAILS. When I clicked on "How to Cancel Subscription" I was sent to pages and pages of legalese that contained nothing about how to cancel. There is no way I can find to contact these folks. WHAT A GIANT SCAM! I will be reporting them to the federal government.
Started the free trial, realized it was glitching a lot, and site keeps crashing. They make it impossible to cancel membership from a phone, and you must go on a computer. Complete waste of my time.
Please do not purchase this awful service. The website is terrible and even after subscribing you can t access games out of your area. There is nobody to contact (nfl customer service doesnt help with nfl +) and their manage your subscription site is a scam as it does not allow you to cancel a service that is crap to start with despite coming with a cancel at any time mantra. The only way to cancel is to dispute the charge via the credit card. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this BS service. First seat licenses that are completely unsalable when you want out and now this crap service. The nfl just goes deeper and deeper is scamming everyday americans and their customers until one day they will no longer be customers.
This app is TERRIBLE! Most of the games are listen only. The ones you can see, you'll only be able to watch on your phone. Will be cancelling with zero regrets. Don't waste your money!

The signing profile takes you to an account page that doesn't link back to the damn site. Its a horrible, broken experience where I try 6-7 times to just watch one game.
