If I could leave 0 stars I would. They make promises of being able to stream and watch ANY game (including out of market games) what a crock bull! I tried for over 2 hours to get help with canceling and refunding and about threw my computer out the window because you can literally NOT get alive person on any number or chat bot session. For as BIG as the NFL name is you would think they would have some way to talk to someone about anything! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this app. It sucks you can NOT watch ANY out of market games unless you drop another butt load of money for an additional this or that. Basically got screwed up the butt and didnt even get dinner. ALL THEY WANT IS your money and once you are locked in they wont help you or even consider a refund. Fell for the old bate and switch again! F&*$ NFL plus and all its affiliates. I'm out $80 but if I can save anyone from the same head ache then maybe it was worth it.

I made the terrible mistake of signing up for "free" ten day trial of NFL+ assuming I could stream games the way the MLB TV app works. After paying, the channel wouldn't work. I then found out you can't stream any live games until long after they end! Who would pay for that? Within minutes of signing up for the "FREE" trial, I canceled it. In spite of this, my credit card was charged $10.97 a week later by NFL + for the 10 day FREE trial that I cancelled (proof below) literally minutes after signing up. With all of the money the NFL has, it's really disgusting that they would fraud folks out of such petty amounts. I am reporting fraud to the SEC, BBB and my bank and disputing this.

I am trying to get a full refund be processed as I canceled well within the deadline and the trial was supposed to be FREE and the channel never even worked. But there is literally ZERO customer service available. The website has an extremely frustrating AI Chat Bot that does not help and there is no phone or email you can reach out to. I now have to close my debit card and request a new one to avoid these a$$holes stealing from me every month.

They give you millions of ways to sign up and take your money but either hide how to watch or block all attempts. I HATE THE NFL. Don't subscribe.

I logged on in order to watch a Steelers game and to discover it was listen only- I upgraded thinking that would help- it did not! I canceled within 30 min and they won't give me my money back though they advertised a free trial! They replied they couldn't return my money but would take me off of renewing! Your insane if you think I haven't already done that! So now I get a year of listening to my games when I specifically wanted to stream them live and see them with my eyes!

I have stopped watching the NFL games and have intentionally stopped supporting the products shown on the NFL commercials. I have also encouraged my 4637 employees to stop supporting the NFL and their sponsors. I have also sent emails encouraging my employees to encourage their friends and neighbors to do the same.
We tried to watch the Vikings/Raiders game on Sunday and immediately turned it off because Beth Mowins was announcing the game. She does not understand the game, has never played football and never will and had the most irritating voice and mannerisms while announcing. There are very capable women on the sidelines who do a great job. Mowing does not even deserve a place on the sidelines. She played volleyball. That's the sport she should announce. The NFL rating is at an all time low because of idiotic decisions like putting Mowins in the announcer position. Wake up you WOKE fools! Fire her!

First of All you can only stream on a mobile device and there is no app. My mom is a former Raiderette and I was trying to watch the halftime performance at the reunion, and the entire halftime performance was left out. The website itself glitched and it is really complicated to navigate. By the time I was able to watch the game it was the middle of the first quarter I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I placed an order for my girlfriend's birthday 2 weeks in advance. One of the items came within the delivery window that was guaranteed. The other came about 10 days later. Both were saints apparel. A hat and a cam Jordan jersey. The quality of the jersey was that of a swap meet. I honestly can't believe that somehow the NFL is OK with the quality of these products. Horrible experience. When Started processing my return I was charged almost $14 to return the items.
That is outrageous. Never ever buying products from this site again. Ever since they got mixed up with fanatics, the quality has gone down the drain. Thanks for wasting my time. Thanks for nothing. Whoever is in charge of nflshop.com should fire themselves.

I order something custom and the changed my order and I called the next day and they said they going fix and they took a week to get back with me and they told me it was custom so they can't fix it

Yes I get it the NFL is great but the offciating is horrible. Yes I get it it's hard but they should be fired every game I watch the refs don't call anything on one team and calls all the penalties on one team and that's not shown on paper tye 2021 packers should of lost at least 3 more games entering week 16 but due to the officiating and them getting all the calls they won all those games by having only 2 penalties and the other team with like 12 pretty lob sided. Yes I am just a fan and want to see the players do well and win it's the same teams that are getting screwed over by the calls. Yes we do need the refs in the NFL to make the game better but it's still horrible. One last thing I am watching the bears vs Vikings game week 16 and the Vikings have pushed and punched them all game and the bears make own tiny push and guess what penalty on the bears. On recommendation is the unnecessary roughness call should be able to be reviewed and those tiny fights to see who started it.

The refs in the seahawks game sucked. They were favoring the Washington football team.
Bad calls. The worst ref calls I have every seen.

Calls on the field are always in favor of which team is winning. I watched a catch by Washington against the bucs which proves it all. They all said it was a clean catch when one foot was in bounds. This game is rigged af and I don't even like the Bucs! Weather the team pays the refs or not, this has to be addressed! That was NOT a 3rd down conversion...

Awful service. Hard to log on. Frequently breaks service, re log on and comes back with Spanish broadcast with more delay and frustration.

Canceled my service. On line Chat service fix was to send me to a PAY service to fix their ridiculous offering.
