Changed their name to Skate Direct, but offer the same quality products, same brands I trust and awesome customer service

I purchased the above toothbrush heads through Amazon 27/4, they arrived 9/5. By the time they arrived my toothbrush had broken, so the heads were not required. I returned the item on 10/5 unopened. I sent a note to the company 1/6 that I had not received my credit, I was asked for the tracking number, I advised I did not have a tracing number, I was told not to worry when they got the item they would credit. Sent a further note 6/6 with a copy of the postage receipt to prove I had returned the item, all they said again was = do not worry when we get the item we will refund. Item cost 26.98, postage to return was $11.46, now 29/6 no credit and I am out $38.44...even though I sent back the product. Your customer service is awful, I will never shop in your store again.

Buy from your local skate shop. Orders must be signed for, Wich is ok if you are unemployed and are able to spend days waiting to do so. If you can't you will spend days chasing your package. I haven't gotten my order yet, so can't comment on quality.

I love the offering and the product knowledge. NHS brands are the best in skateboarding! Delivery was fast and returns were made super easy.
