I ordered a pair of Jordan sneakers and it arrived on 11/21/23 only to open up the damaged shoe box to find that one of the shoe was a size 10 and the other shoe was a size 10.5 nike is going down hill I'm not sure what's going on with them but just last month I ordered the nike dunk low retro and the stitching was sown so defective from the inside of one of the shoe that it hurted my son's feet just to walk in them, so now I gotta travel back out of town again for the second time less then two months just to return another pair of shoes to the nearest nike store which was their mistake anyways from not checking the shoes before they shipped them out.
I placed an order, tracked my package never received. Called customer service spoke with agent said he needs to scale my case. I need my item by Saturday. I am a member but i might no longer be a loyal customer. I paid $85. I need my shoes instead of escalating my case help find my shoes or send a replacement like others company. UPS never delivered the package

Every time I order from site they cancel my order. I call and the person send me to email and say please reply back to email to find why order is cancelled. The email responds please check your billing and shipping address are accurate or the same. Obviously I know where I live. Try the purchase again three days later cancelled. It's been going on for two months same results… NOWHERE! Oh that's a lie they increased my price by $10.00. They did not say oh well since you been trying to get this order we will keep it for you at the same price of the original attempt of purchase. I even said would you like me to send a copy of my license via email. They do not respond back after the first response of email. Listen everybody shop at "Fight Club". You get what you want and fast. They package well and the price is cheaper than the NIKE store. I am so done with the NIKE store. Zero rating for me.

I won a drop of Jordan 4's on 9/9/23. I received confirmation that my order was received. I received confirmation that the order was "shipped." Kept checking my Nike account to verify delivery date only to see the message that label was created and waiting for pick up by the carrier (UPS). Needless to say I did not get the shoes! Called Nike, they blamed UPS. I called UPS they blamed Nike. I ended up calling Nike 6'xs talked to several different people only to receive the party line of "there's nothing we can do because the shoes are out of stock" (no dah, they were a hot drop), shallow apologies, and an offer of 20% off my next order. I have spend $$$$ with Nike! Not anymore! I believe that there could have been a more respectful and professional way of dealing with this issue (which had nothing to do with me, but was solely a with Nike distribution and UPS shipping). Unfortunately, no other accommodations or solutions were offered or discussed to try to resolve the issue. Because of how this situation played out I deleted my Nike account and will not be opening a new one. Good bye Nike! I do not want to do business with a company that is not truly interested in their customers (especially when their customers bring legitimate issues to be rectified that are the company's errors and not the customer's).
I had my Nikes that I paid $90 for for a total of six months. I wore them sporadically and never in the rain. The sides by the balls of the feet began fraying and the heel reinforcement tabs began poking through the fabric into my heal. I paid $20 to send them back to Nike Rebound priority tracking mail and they denied my claim stating normal wear and tear. I'm 59 years old and my exercise is walking my chihuahua, so how much wear and tear can there be?. So $110 for six months of sporadic use? No way. They have lost a good customer. And I will make sure to tell my friends and family how wonderfully Nike backs their products.
Bought a pair of Jordans in a Nike Store in Dubai Mall. One year later after very little use the product is obviously defective with flaws in the material on top. Called Nike in Sweden and the man asks me if they were broke when I bought them? Of course not. Never buy these shoes. I had an older pair bought over 2 years ago. Changed my mind about other brands i liked. Bought a new pair just over 2 months ago. Nike doesn't cover the squeaking noise obviously coming from the spongy material on the bottom of shoe as per video i uploaded. I'm standing on carpet. Contracted nike online help and they said it would be covered if i called the proper dept. Called and they told me nothing can be done, that's not covered. Crappy made shoe obviously.
Every time I buy shoes it's a disaster, the first time I bought them in-store and then returned them, but I never got the money, after waiting 2 months, contacting them 2 times, calling 3 times and going to the store 4 times I finally received my refund. Also, every time I contacted them via the website they said they could not help me and that it is a store issue, but then when I go to the store they tell me it's a company issue.
The second time (Which is happening right now) I ordered them online, and it should have arrived today, but it is now night, and it has not arrived yet, I went to check on the UPS website and found out that Nike but only the city as the shipping address (I checked on the website and I put the correct address) so now I had to create a UPS account to find out I cannot change address, so I have to wait until tomorrow to contact Nike and resolve this.
In conclusions, Nike's management skill sucks, it seems like they don't know how to do anything, it's just horrible.
I love Nike it is the best shoe brand I can take my runs and my feet won't hurt this helps my mom get up and ready for her day and me it is stylish with their dunks me and my entire family love it.
