Owner exp: Beware of Scam, I am an owner and had taken premium service for my flat in Bangalore. I am abroad and wanted them to manage the property. First, for the maintenance part: they suggested me nearly 1lakh of repair and suggestions. After removing unwanted things, I paid around 58 k. But as soon as the payment was done, I realised my mistake of choosing them. There were no regular update. They left the work in mid. And never completed. Rental service was only good untill finding tenant. After that I realised that the plan had many loopholes. For example they were forcing me to sign a tri party contract with tenant, which I assume is not valid legally. Then, the rent and advance was being transferred to nobroker. They were going to keep 1 month rent from advance. Over this they would deduct 8% from monthly rent. When asked to change as I was not ready to go for it, they could never prepare an agrywhich had same words throughout or had all correct statements. The when I asked to transfer the security before I sign agreement, they denied. I was supposed to sign a contract that I have received advance without actually receiving it. It was a nightmare dealing with them. I finally choose to find a tenant in my own. And yes, the 25k which you pay in the beginning to take the premium service is just the registration charges. You get nothing out of it. No refunds whatsoever.
Sushmitha Srinivas was the RM assigned. I lost 14 k in an attemptto find a tenant. They couldn'tfind and its a mioney back plan. Got cheated. They think they are smart by cheating us. But karma is so powerful and they will pay for every penny. Every action has a consequence and they can't escape. Pls be aware and don't use NO broker

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced recently while relocating from Bengaluru to Delhi. While in Bengaluru, I had the impression that NoBroker provided excellent service, largely due to my positive experience with the "NoBrokerHood" app in our society. Despite my friends cautioning me about NoBroker's poor service in North India, I decided to proceed with NoBroker. As soon as I started looking for flats in Gurgaon, I was inundated with pitch calls from NoBroker. I understand this is part of the regular process, so I took no offense. I opted for the "Super Relaxed" plan, mistakenly thinking the "relaxed" part referred to me. Later, I realized it was meant for NoBroker, not me. I was informed that there would be two Relationship Managers (RMs) assigned to help me finalize a flat in Gurgaon: Ashfia (back-end) and Sanjay (field). Since I was based in Bengaluru, NoBroker recommended this plan. The day I made the payment (~₹9,000), I tried reaching out to the RMs but couldn't get in touch with either of them. For the next week, I struggled to see any flats virtually but failed. Not a single flat was shown to me in 7-10 days. Eventually, Ashfia called me about a flat in Godrej Summit, Sector 102. I agreed to see it, and it was the first flat shown to me virtually by Sanjay and Ashfia. We noticed some construction work in the society but were unclear about its extent. We asked for the actual status of the building, but the in-field RM only showed us the better-looking areas, not the actual scenario of the entrance and building. It seemed they were intent on closing this property deal. Trusting the NoBroker team (my biggest mistake), we finalized the property and paid a token amount to the flat owner. When my family (my 5-year-old child, my wife, and I) arrived in Gurgaon to see the flat physically, we were shocked. The entire lane was waterlogged, passing through a slum area, and the building was still under construction. It appeared the society had very low occupancy because of this. We were completely shocked as the property was not as shown virtually. I was not informed of the complete truth about the property. Now, I am without a flat and have to start the search again. I tried reaching out to Ashfia immediately, but she did not respond. After much effort, when she finally responded, she said she couldn't do anything and that I needed to talk to customer care. I have spoken to numerous people at NoBroker for a resolution, but there has been none so far. I have incurred the following expenses: Payment to NoBroker (~₹9,000) Godrej Summit token (₹5,000) Hotel charges (₹6,000/day) Local brokers in Gurgaon for finding new flats (15-20 days of the rental amount) Most importantly, peace of mind I deeply regret my decision to go with NoBroker and am still paying for it. Thank you, NoBroker, for causing me financial and emotional distress.
Please dont go for any refund or paid services with no broker.in They are cheaters. They take take your mind ey abd dont respond to any of the calls or messages. Be aware.

This company is a complete scam, especially targeting NRI customers. They relentlessly spam you with calls until you give in and purchase one of their overpriced packages. In my case, I was pushed into buying the CPMS package for Rs 25,000. After making the payment, they completely vanished. It has been over three months, and I haven't received a single follow-up or service. I've called their customer service over 100 times, requested a refund multiple times — but all in vain. No action, no support, just scripted apologies and dead promises. Absolutely shameful and unethical behavior. I feel thoroughly cheated and misled. NRI customers, be warned — don't fall for their trap. You'll lose your money and get nothing in return.
Hafsa was my relationship manager. I got the house within a week in registering with nobroker. I would highly recommend Nobroker for their prompt service and assistance.
Consistent follow-up by the relationship manager is appreciable. Her co ordination skills were efficient and made the process a lot more easy.
Non-fulfillment of Packers & Movers Service by NoBroker
On 18 March, I booked NoBroker's Packers and Movers service to shift my goods on 29th March. I paid ₹1,000 in advance and the remaining ₹9,500 after the service confirmation. After the booking, NoBroker sent me messages to update the preferred date/timing and allocated me a 7:00 PM evening slot for 30th March, which we both accepted and confirmed.
I received a relocation confirmation email 24 hours before the scheduled time, which included vendor details:

However, when I contacted the vendor, he told me that NoBroker had forced the booking on him, and he refused to shift my goods, stating he had no time.
I immediately contacted NoBroker customer support, but instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking me to wait until 9:00 PM, which is when their support ends. The next day, I followed up again, but the customer service team only responded with generic template messages and provided no solution.
After multiple attempts, I finally received a callback hours later. The agent told me to wait until the next month for shifting, which was completely unacceptable. I had pre-booked the service because it was the month-end, and I knew availability would be an issue. I even requested NoBroker to arrange any tempo service just to fulfill their commitment, but they refused.
I had already vacated the room (as new tenants were moving in the next morning). My goods were fully packed and kept at ground level, and I had nowhere to stay.
Due to their failure, I was forced to take these additional steps:
1. Paid ₹2,500 to a guard for 2 days to watch over my belongings.
2. Paid ₹5,000 to the landlord to store my goods temporarily in the basement.
3. After 2 days, in urgency I had to personally manage alternate movers(due to high demand on same day), which cost me ₹20,000 (i. E., ₹9,500 more than NoBroker's original quote).
