It said I would get free shipping for orders over $99 and it would not give me the option to get free shipping! So I was charged ver $50 for shipping. When I received the items the sizing is not consistent. I ordered the next size up, but most (but not all) were too small.

VERY slow shipping

Really bad quality

Finally received my order. I pair of boots I couldn't even pull on tho I ordered a 43 instead of my usual 40. The other looks and feels like cardboard and only had one of the laces. The t-shirt was supposedly embroidered cotton, but was cheap thin printed nylon that was WAY too small

As a first time customer (new user) the banner across the webpage said $10 off the price. I received 10% off ($2)!
Also, putting in my billing address was cumbersome as it took my street address but not the city, state and zip code (it kept using the gift recipient's) Also the photos of the items wouldn't show until I clicked on each item to see it. It took a long time!

Horrible deceptive products

I ordered XXL which I'm usually a L all the pants shirts jackets sizes will fit BARBIE so if your a size 2 or 4 and don't mind disposable attire...this company will work for you. Shoes/boots are made of styrofoam, the jacket is supposed to be a coat its made out of polyester the thickness of a blouse.
I'll donate my 110.00 I spent to the local Goodwill.

Blouse fabric for an advertised coat!

Warning… do not waste your money.The clothes are made of very cheap fabric and it doesn't fit for human body. Their return policy is ridiculous because you end up paying more to return the items. At the end, they make money when you trust the site to place a order. Do not waste your time and money like I did.

I ordered 15 plus items from them and they were all poor quality. I spent over $200 with them just in one order. Nothing and I mean NOTHING in that order was worth keeping. To add insult to injury they expect you to pay for the return of the items. Have a look at the quality. This is just a couple of items to show you. These leggings are supposed to be a Medium but will fit the baby doll lying beside them. Save your money people. I have always had to fight to get everything I ordered. There's always something wrong with the item or something is always missing and to return an item costs more to return it than you paid for it or you have to go on a wild goose chase to even get an address to return it to.

I got a fleece sweatshirt which was cream on top and green on the bottom, and the lines didn't even match up side to side. Basically, their stuff looks better in photos than it is in person and when you try to return you get stuck with return shipping. Use Shein instead.
