I placed an order 8 months ago and never received product or a refund. After I placed the order I was told it was on back order. I didn't mind at all. I checked in on my order a few weeks later and was assured it should be coming back into stock so I was optimistic as I was in no rush for my order. Months pass and I receive no update so I email saying I would like I refund and they said the refund time has passed (only because I waited for their promise of it "coming back soon") and unfortunately that product is still not in stock. So here I am 8 months later with no product and no money back.
My order was backordered, but the people at Nutriessential always let me know what status my order was at. They even suggested substitutions for what I originally ordered. A good company to deal with.
I ordered several products 2 years ago and they were not able to fulfill the complete order, which I understand, due to covid, however they repeatedly told me that they soon expected the other product to be available, however that has not happened, but they previously advised me that they would refund me at any time, but now refuse to do so. I've emailed them and left several voicemails, with no response. Very disappointed.
I placed an order with nutriessential 1/15/22 and on 1/16/22 they stated the items were on backorder. I decided to wait for the items. By 1/23/22 I had not heard from them and decided to cancel the order. They replied it would be handled asap. One month later I received my credit card statement and noticed I had been charged and no refund. They sent the items anyway and at this point I have the items unopened and unwanted. Still not wanting to give me a full refund for a product I canceled one month prior. If they had canceled the order like I requested and refunded my money none of this would still be going on almost three months later. No integrity and no responsibility for their mistake not mine. They never answered any of their three phone numbers nor returned detailed messages. Also many emails with broken promises and the runaround. Very disappointed over such a petty thing. This is not a money issue but a moral issue. No accountability. The only thing I was finally offered was a 30% refund and to keep an unwanted product. I am not paying for their mistake, maybe if it was my mistake I would be more open to the offer.
I made an order in June of 2021. It said it was on back order so I expected a wait. I kept an eye on it but it was still on backorder. So I ended up buying elsewhere. But when I went to request a refund they said "Their system couldn't process a refund after 30 days." Wouldn't even try to work with me. They still haven't sent it to me.
The service provided my them is the best and quiet quick. The products are of best quality. The arrival of the product was fast and was delivered on time.
It was my first time shopping online for supplements. I gifted it to my brother, the quality is amazing. It's a win win. My suggestion you should totally go for it.

I waited 2 weeks for my pre workout and once I received it the seal was completely burned and damaged. I emailed the company several times with no help whatsoever. It's been one week and I'm still waiting for a solution. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointed.

It is the most insane thing I have ever dealt with a company. Unfortunately, without seeing reviews, I purchased a product on 8/11/2021, and today is 2/2/2022. This is almost six months of waiting on 1 item to be received. I have been following up with them ever since. In Sept, they replied, saying it's backorder from the manufacturer, and once they receive it, they assured me they would ship it out to me. Okay, I understood and kept waiting. Then it's Dec, and I have not received the product. I check everywhere online, and it's available, so I emailed them for an update, and I heard NOTHING from them. I emailed many times in January 2022, and still NOTHING. I have called and left a voice msg which they claim they get back to your call after 24 hours; well, that is a LIE too. They have NOT called me back NOR emailed me back with a new update. They are stupid not to reply or update you as they lost a potential customer. All I want from them is to either refund me my money OR ship out the product I purchased. Please beware they are fraud and scammers! I have reported their business to reportfraud.ftc.gov
Took a few days to dispatch my order, but Covid, so other than that I received my order and it was what I ordered. No complaints! Highly recommended

They have a good selection of supplements that can't be found anywhere else, and they always arrive in a timely manner.

I was looking for a particular supplement that had been discontinued and did a google search. I saw that the product I wanted came up on my google search with Nutri Essential. I was able to place an order for 10 of them for over $300. I got an email the next day stating that they would not be able to fill the order as it had been discontinued. They wanted to replace what I had originally wanted with their product. This is a bait and switch tactic for them to be able to get customers. I see that they are still advertising for the product that I wanted and have not been able to purchase. They did credit my card when I notified them, but what a pain in the butt to go through this, so that they can acquire new customers. They only list their products on their website and that's all they want to sell. Cheap trick. No thanks Nutri Essential.
Ordered product on 7/9/21 and didn't receive any updates for 3 weeks. Sent email and they replied that they didn't have it and tried to force a different product on me. After several exchanges stating I wanted a refund and not some random product, they agreed to a refund and said 5-6 days. Waited 2 weeks and no refund. Emailed again and went through the exact same scenario... over and over. Email verbiage was very sketchy, constantly stating I was on a priority list, they would give me 10% off all future orders of $100 or more for my trouble (whoopie!), and even promising to send the product that same week after I stated I had not received my refund (I still haven't received a refund or the product & it's October 1st). They must do this A LOT because in one email they even requested the following (copied from our email exchange):
"We have canceled your order and proceeded with your refund request with the accounting department, the credit should reflect in your bank in 5 to 6 business days and less. Meanwhile kindly do not bad review or dispute us for any reason. We are sorry for any delay that happened and requesting you to cooperate."
I am now having to dispute through my bank to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!

AVOID LIKE THE COVID! Website shows products in stock that are not, then you have to fight with them via multiple phone calls and emails to get your refund which takes AT LEAST 30 days. SCAMMERS.
