Nutriessentials received my order and payment.
The order status for 3 weeks is unfullfiled.
When contacting the company they state my order has shipped, but this was not true, I inquired again asking for a tracking number, again their reply was the order has shipped and wait at least 2 weeks, factually their reply was while the product was never in stock nor shipped.
I inquire again asking to canel my order, again, my request was ignored, again, Nutriesssentials claimed my order has been processed, but replying now that it is back ordered.
All communication with support was misleading, neglegent and deciving.
I have not received my order, nor a tracking number, neither a proper reply cancelling &refunding my order. Nutriessentials are not trustworth, or reliable, they sell products out of stock and leave the customer empty handed, ripped off, Nutrivitals support decieves the customer.

This is a Scam, you will never get your products or a response.

I purchased some suppliments from these people expecting that they were reputable. They immediately charged my card and then weeks later told me they didn't have the products and they would back order them for me with no guess as to when they would arrive. At that point I told them to refund my money I will purchase what I need elswhere. This is the response I got. "We have canceled your reservation and proceeded with your request to the concerned department, it will be resolved as early as possible.
The refunded amount will be reflected in your account shortly." That was almost 2 weeks ago and no refund yet. I would be VERY CAREFUL before ordering anything from this company. They are feeling more and more like a scam.

Your company provides the fastest shipping of any item I've ever ordered online. That's important when you're buying health supplements

I bought and payed a number of dietary supplements and they were supposed to ship my order.
After more than 1 month nothing were delivered to my address nor they want to refund me.
No replacement possible.
It's a fraud

I have placed a few orders during last 3 yrs. I have never had any issues with the quality or service but have never had to contact customer service. Always very easy transactions. They have a good selection of supplements that can't be found anywhere else.

I have ordered metagenics. I have never had a problem ordering. I always received everything on time. Nutri essential is a great and reliable company to order from. I will look forward to order from them in future.

It was a great journey using the products of nutri and I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service.

If I could give this company zero star. I would! They are such unprofessional. Making things so hard for a customer. I regret making a purchase from here. Which I tried to rectify by sending in a cancellation email but they were quick to assure me the order had already shipped. And when I am trying to return the order they are charging me 25% restocking fee and q7$ For (re routing?/ not sure what they is). So basically they are telling me you can't return the order that I never used! So disappointed. Lost 110$ to this company

I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. Aweful service no one has reach out and helped. My son never recieved his creatine and no one helps him.

I never tried herbal products but one of my friend suggest me & i give it a chance to try. So i ordered and received my product within 2 days. I'm happy and in love with the product.

I placed a pretty large order and received it. It finally all came in. My patrons came for their appointments and were muscle tested for the specific items ordered for them. Only 1 of the clients was totally compatible with what was ordered for them. So about half the order is waiting on a call to help through the process of sending back.
I marvel when ther is always someone ready tontake ones money, but no concern for helping out when there are issues concerning returns.
I also was notified by Health Concerns that Phellistatin is now available and wanted to get that in exchange for some of these items that are not compatible with my clients. And I am not sure why as I muscle test strong for the ones I need and have 2 clients that muscle test strong, while the rest do not and it is harder on the body to take something not compatible as taking nothing at all for the issues.
None of the containers have been opened or had the plastic seal broken as opening is not necessary for muscle testing so I would like to get this cleared up and I have them in a container awaiting a resentative to help me reverse this process.
I hope you are a company that is there in the good times and bad.
I left a very detailed item list and explanation of what I could not use and it would then show what was kept.
So I would appreciate a call as soon as possible as I am leaving town for 2 weeks late this afternoon.
