I had been trading with OCTAFX for a while and trusted their platform completely. But after making a withdrawal request of about ninety-two thousand dollars ($92,000), my account was suddenly frozen. No clear reason, no real update — just repeated automated messages saying my case was under review.
For nearly two months I couldn't access my money, and every email felt like I was talking to a bot. It was one of the most frustrating financial experiences I've ever had.

Tapi tolong dibuat supaya rate deposit dan widhraw bisa lebih kecil lagi, supaya selisihnya makin mendekati.

I'm writing this after one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a financial platform. I made a ₹3,000 UPI deposit at 4:50 PM, my bank confirmed the amount was credited to Octa's account, yet even after several hours and multiple follow-ups, my trading account still shows no credit. Their so-called "support" is a joke — you only get automated replies from bots and copy-paste messages from agents who clearly don't even read the conversation. Every message ends with "please wait 24 hours," but no one actually solves the issue. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism with customer funds is completely unacceptable. It feels like they're holding on to customers' money with zero responsibility or urgency. 👉 My honest advice: DO NOT deposit your money with Octa. Their system is unreliable, support is robotic, and you'll be left chasing your own funds for hours or days. There are far more trustworthy platforms out there.
