I ordered a brake line 2 months ago. I haven't heard anything since the order confirmation. I have emailed 3 times and ultimately demanded a refund after purchasing elsewhere for much less. This company is absolute $#*!!

I purchased the "Rear Brake Light: Tail Tidy W/Turn Signals" for a 2024 Husqvarna FE350s on May 23rd, 2025. I received the product 8 days later, so that was not too bad. They give you the idea that the product is customized for your specific bike, but don't be fooled. The rear light with blinkers is just an LED strip with 5 wires. The part does not come with any instructions... They have a strick policy of no returns, and I believe the reason is that most people would return their products otherwise.

$250 wasted
February 2, 2025

I ordered a kickstand for my bike, doesn't fit at all, tried contacting OEM and they absolutely wouldn't respond, for over a month, finally got ahold of someone, and they offered a $40 refund, when they were at fault! Absolutely do not do business with this company, completely a rip off!

I ordered a (new) rear shock for an 01'cr250 on 11/19/24' and got notified of my order status a day later. 2 weeks later I get notified that my order is awaiting pickup by courier.( which i knew was b.s.) usps doesn't take that long to pickup. I reach out several more times and get little to no response. I finally received the (new) shock and it's a used yamaha shock! I regretfully paid 600$ for this p.o.s... I then reach out and get the same b.s. Excuses that everyone else seems to get when they do business with these guys. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! THEY ARE SELLING USED PARTS AT ALMOST NEW PRICES. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just purchased a kyb shock from oemdirtbikeparts.com and it showed up to be the wrong year and would not fit my bike. Sent several emails to resolve the issue to only be cussed out by the owner (Boston). Saying " Bull$h!t it won't fit your ride. Quit your b!tching and go ride. It's always your 100 question kids that are a problem. Dont ever buy from us again. Ur clipped". That is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They finally acknowledged that it was the wrong shock and instructed me to send it back. Now they will not respond and have the shock and my money. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.

When a customer sends 15 emails in one day before we even get to respond, it can be a challenge to want to work with an angry/rushed mindset. First, it was new, then he wanted used, then more copy-paste emails on other platforms, then switched to SMS (which is fine when ya pay a normal price and you are not in a rush), so then it was if we could do a better price, a tracking number was needed that minute after buying at 4pm and wanting it out that day. Then, a week later, we're bombarded with another wave of messages,10 in one morning on eBay. Mx locker and anything else he could find that a washer for the top shock bolt was missing even tho it was sent zip-tied, so he wanted money back for that, then a month later its the wrong item, and he sent back the wrong shock...

At our local track, we love to help and give out free small parts and guide kids with fixing their bikes so peeps can stay healthy & enjoy this insanely dangerous sport, yet some current internet people think they can bash people, write bad reviews, try n get free parts, & take advantage of businesses. Hence why we see many companies not having email or phone #'s anymore and quite frankly 60% of dirt bike companies open today will go under in the next few years with how online selling is going. Real talk, our client base doesn't read reviews. They buy items at full price and only ask questions not clearly stated all over the site. When one builds a relationship from positivity, both sides can enjoy the outcome even if something goes good or bad, and that's what it is all about: being fun to do biz with! Not manic, cheap, or scared of ur own shadow because ya wanted to save some money by buying on Facebook marketplace from a real scammer who takes 100's of dirt bikers money and send nothing except gun threats and facebook still allow them to steal and post our photos, logos, videos. Another type of customer we try to help ya from being is Buying 5 different items from Ali Express just to have a down graded not safe to ride part, So its time to Wise up, focus on being nicer to any company ya talk to instead of feeling all mighty with ur reviews.

Titanium screws
May 14, 2024

I bought some titanium screws for my motorcycle to see if it could reduce the weight of the parts a little, I highly recommend buying from this supplier... super fast delivery and also the products are of very high quality, I'm very happy to gradually be able to modify my motorcycle with products Of Quality.

My KTM rides so much better now
April 16, 2024

I usually don't write reviews because I'm a new dad with little spare time at my disposal. I am just like all the other folks that only leave negative reviews to punish a company for not treating me the way my ego deems appropriate but these guys went above and beyond for me. I have a KTM and the junk air fork that runs like garbage. These guys sorted me out with a full KYB kit that swaps right over. I won't be as fast as Chase Sexton but I sure as hell don't care because I'm considerably faster than the boys at the local track now and love to rub that in their face. I even hate to leave any review positive or negative because once folks catch on to this they'll definitely steal my advantage from me lol.

I recently had a positive experience with OEM Dirt Bike Parts. Although the shipping took longer than expected, I understood that finding parts for my older bike could be more challenging. The owner of the company communicated with me that they had also recently moved locations and kept me updated, which made the wait worth it.

What impressed me the most about this company was their extensive inventory. I couldn't find the specific part I needed on any other websites. Additionally, the owner's knowledge about dirt bikes and their parts was really impressive. They provided me with helpful advice and recommendations based on my bike model. Overall, despite the shipping delay, I am extremely satisfied with OEM Dirt Bike Parts and will continue to use their site for all of my future projects.

I was looking for a kx65 wheel found one on this site so I went through with the purchase, a day later Boston gave me a call informing me he no longer had that wheel in stock. He then gave me options for similar parts witch was helpful but ended up just taking a full refund. He seems to be a busy guy…

Their descriptions of their parts specifically could be better. I ordered a Honda part and they sent me a ktm part and told me to modify it, as they think it's the best option... they like the ktm part more. It will work, and they are correct about some aspects, I just would have preferred they contacted me first to discuss before sending or something, because technically it's not what I had ordered.
I can be a real mofo, so was pretty impressed with their staff keeping chill whilst I was mother$#*!ing them about this.

You can order from them just message them first to be clear about what you want exactly. Online sales are a $#*! by nature.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered from there website which said parts were in stock, OEM sent me the wrong parts. Per the website they say return no problem. They would not return my emails, calls I sent the parts back with original pkg looked better than the way i received it, per the on-line instructions. Two weeks later they send the exact box back to me. I received one txt after leaving multiple messages. They explained they dont have the parts I ordered and this is what I get. I did not get a refund. Just parts I cant use.

Why would we want to send u the same item twice after ur attitude over some shipping boxes not being nice enough for ur brake pads? Nice people get great treatment, bad well we don't even see ur messages: if ya cant get ahold of us its probably because ur blocked. Any cursing or multiple messages sent over a certain time frame will automatically spam messages from that IP... It's time to just sell to the top of the food chain, either in skill, intellect, or bankroll, and make this an exclusive site as it's just not worth dealing with people who will never be happy.

Do your homework
November 25, 2022

This company is GROSSLY overpriced! You can literally get OEM parts cheaper! You can get just about everything cheaper elsewhere. Looking at their stuff they sell, which a lot is used, are no better then a person selling privately. The fancy blue background does not signify better quality. Used is used. Do yourselves a huge econonical favor and research!

Oh, this is fun: Imagine being so upset with a company because they charge more than you can afford. There is not one fork on the market that won't kill an expert rider for less than 1500 new and forks go $10,000+ for standard race forks... 400 for used ebay forks means risk, time, and most likely some of the $7000 dollars worth of parts are gonna need work and good luck taking it all apart just to find out they stopped producing or wont have any back in stock for 90 days. Tony, Meet me at any southern Florida track for a battle. I would love to see if ur riding experience matches the skill needed to be telling people to buy used forks on eBay no need to hurt other people just because ur personal life isn't going as planned. Try yoga!

Ordered a brembo caliper for my bike and description was vague. Asked for return had to pay for shipping and stocking fee plus they needed it back within a week of my order. Complaint to the company to get cursed out and employee did not send return slip. Disgusted in this company and there workmanship I will make sure no one else buys from here.

I remember ur xr650l with a warp 9 320mm nonfloating rotor. When ya order a Brembo brake caliper, ya might wanna tell the company ya got some aftermarket 3-inch thicker rotor. We tried to help, yet u ran to Paypal to get a free item, and I'm pretty sure you were the one who got your money back and still has the part. I got ur info ill be looking for ya as i have time for people like you now. Or u can send it back like an
Honest Honda rider would.

Amazing service
April 27, 2022

This is a stand up company hands down. I highly recommend to anyone this company. Hands down have my business in the future and it's unbelievable the customer service they have. The owner is very knowledgeable and not afraid of going the extra mile to help you. When I ordered a motor that ended up being out of stock they made things right and went the extra mile to help me. Even offered better options as well as helped along the way. They have gained a lifetime customer and I look forward to doing future business with them as well.

My 2020 DRZ 400S was parked curbside while I was at work. Some dumbass ran into it and damaged the front forks and caused various cosmetic damage. I was devastated. I love my bike and have thousands into performance upgrades. A quick search into my options turned up OEM Dirt Bike Parts. 1 quick email and I was promptly contacted by Boston to let me know what my options were. He quickly put together an upgraded package (DLC upside-down front forks to replace the conventional forks as well as all the goodies to go with it). We agreed on a very fair price and within hours I had received tracking info. The parts arrived quickly and upon inspection, I noticed a slight bit of leakage from one of the fork seals (nothing malicious here, just $#*! happens). I reached out to Boston and not only was he apologetic but also offered me several options including a return with a full refund. I really like this set up so I took him up with his offer to send me parts to fix it and cover any labor costs. In addition, he offered me a store credit to make up for any inconvenience. He is a stand-up guy who obviously has a passion for motorcycles as well as his customers. I will be using his shop exclusively at this point. Thank you!
