Speaking from experience and being one of their customers, OEM Experts is the real deal. I have spent countless hours/days/months to find a real product distributer, and not just a bulk reseller (the people that would buy from companies like OEM Experts, then sell the product to you for a profit, leaving you with minimal to no margin). With OEM Experts you get a real person that you can all and ask any and all kinds of questions that pop up along the way. My OEM Experts rep is Bobby, and he's been my go to guy to ask anything from "hey, what is the best way to price and place sell this?" to "I'm having a hard time selling/getting this listed on Amazon, do you know what I need to do". So far he has been able to help me getting unlocked with different brands, and has been there to provide some coaching.
When I first did some digging to verify OEM Experts validity, I was not able to find many reviews, so it made it a little difficult to decide if I should give them a shot. In the end I took the plunge and now I am glad I chose to give them a try. OEM Experts so far has been a one stop shop to source product, and get it sold.
All the products I have received are real name brand products, and in new condition. I haven't had to send anything back yet, but they stand behind their products and will let you return/exchange items that were either damaged in transit or you decide they don't meet your expectations in any way. They stand by their products.
My apologies for the long review, but I wanted to try and share a small summary of my experience with them so far. If I had the information I know now when I was deciding to try out OEM Experts or not, I would definitely chose to source products through them again.

I had a great experience with oem experts. I contacted them at first via phone and email. I went to their location and i must admit was a bit overwhelmed. But they have a system to everything and explained everything. I feel i learned alot and with that info i can now hit the ground running. I do feel this will be a long term relationship especially since they helped me get approved for the brands they sell. They are fairly priced and i feel i can make a nice margin while having a quick sell through rate.

OEM Experts are Con artists - Be careful!
Unfortunately, companies like Oem Experts - still exist nowadays to collect our leftover cash so they can survive.

Be careful! New businesses are trying to find a distributor. Do not rush and use this company.
They will try to convince you to work with them, first thing. They will act more than friendly by telling you how they care about your business etc...

After this guy named * charged me the $3000 - I understood that they will be sending a bunch of random products without even me knowing what is that.

Reached out to them 40 minutes after the charge to ask them to cancel this transaction by email but I have not received anything back. SURPRISE! I realized that I had fallen into the scam.

In my experience, they promised to send products that would be sellable in multiple marketplaces. Such as Amazon and eBay.
In fact! I have received a bunch of useless products.

They charged me $3000 for stuff that if I sell it (which I will throw away) will make revenue less than $1300!
Of course, I have tried to dispute - but they know how to manipulate and change their words as I said, they are con artists. That explains why he was trying to work with AMEX, not any other bank. He knows how to scam through them.

They will not send you an invoice because they are not authorized dealers for any of the brands listed.

After finishing this review, I will be emailing all these brands to let them know that Oem Experts - are selling their products to fit their needs and repack those products that are unacceptable. Oem Experts is not an authorized dealer. They are con artists! Be careful.

I learned about Oem Experts at a trade show many years ago. Didn't make anything of it. I lately have been hearing alot of good hype about them. I decide to try them out. I bought $5,400 worth of product. I got it, I listed it and sold it in roughly 2 weeks. Then ran into an issue on my Amazon and Ebay account due to some other unrelated product that i bought from another supplier. Oem Experts was able to help me out and get me in the clear. Really and truly amazing. Since then i bought a few more times and have recommended Oem Experts to a friend of mine that does 7 figures online. He is doing HUGE business with Oem Experts. Id say Oem Experts is my go to and can see this long term!

Large company advantages with a small personalized feel. Very helpful in getting my business jump started with products from major brands, they ship fast. Authentic products that have a nice return on investment. Sick and tired of thinking small doing retail arbitrage and finding bits and pieces and wasting my time. I found Oem Experts online. I didn't know what to expect. Well i shouldn't say that. I thought it was just going to be another option. I was wrong. These guys really know what the heck they are talking about. They assist a new seller to the "t" help you get set set up properly with the right product. Not pushy. All was authentic and current product. All new and no issues at all i really had a true 5 star experience. There was no minimum to start and no start up fees. Which is awesome! Sold that stuff within a week. Came back and put whatever money i made back into my business. Sold that in a short time and now for the holiday season i just bought 8 pallets from Oem experts that were delivered today and all is exactly as described. High value. Low cost fast/hot ranked items for resale for my online business. Highly recommended

Yesterday I spoke to a guy called Bobby it was a pleasure to talk with we had discussed what was right for my new business and bobby give me some great advice on were they could help me and has assured me that I would not be disappointed and has told me that when I get my first shipment I would not be disappointed so cant wait to be doing business with Bobby and OEM EXPERTS I will keep you all updated soon as I get my first delivery

I am new to this type of sale so I didn't know what to expect and I was a little nervous. I worked with Bobby. Bobby explained every part of the process and me feel at ease. He led me through the ordering process and always answered my calls and contacted me immediately when I emailed him with questions. Honestly, I never had better service. It took 2 days for my shipment to arrive from New York. I live in Illinois. When I opened the boxes I was rewarded with high quality new items that I know I can get a good return on. All I have to say is thanks and I will be back.

This week i placed my 4th order with Oem Experts. I started working with this group on June 3 2019. At first i wasn't sure if i believed the hype but i tied elsewhere and needed to satisfy my urge and fulfill the itch in trying to work with Oem Experts bc i heard so many good things out there. I can tell you first hand it was an easy start, profitable relationship and i look forward to long term with bobby and his team. Since i started jun 3rd 2019 i have sold $11,426.25 k of products i have bought from them. Again awesome experience and great people to work with!. I'm happy!
