NEVER received item from 11/20/22 order. Today is 12/15.
I patiently waited until 12/9 to contact Customer "service". Nothing was done.
Reconnected 12/12 & was told would have resolution in 48 hours. That time frame has passed and all I've gotten is email saying "pending".
They won't allow picking up nursing product from local retail location, they aren't concerned about getting it to me.

Ordered a simple HON bookcase. Was supposed to be delivered the following Thursday. Great. Driver decided not do deliver. Next, it was re-scheduled for Tuesday. Nada. Now, it's re-scheduled for Wednesday. I'll be delighted to get it before Christmas, if not damaged. Otherwise, return,return, return.
Steals reward certificates when order are cancelled. Customer service line is horrible. Voice system is terrible! 5+ minutes to fight though it and then wait on hold.
I used their website to upload a print job (3 pages - 1 double sided and 1 extra) and have it shipped to me. It arrived a day earlier than expected but all of the margins were completely cut off making the entire document unreadable! This did not match the proof they sent in the confirmation email.
I called them the very same day and they promised to reprint the entire job and escalate it. I never heard from them again. When I called to check the status several days later the representative informed me there was no update but he'd send it to escalations. This is what was supposed to have happened after my first call! By now it's too late and I will never receive the product on time. I had to cancel my order and bring it in to Kinkos instead. I will never ever rely on Office Depot and their shoddy work and shoddy customer service again.
Ordered a Lenovo laptop and got same day free delivery for the Christmas holiday. Instead 2 Dell monitors were delivered. Called customer service and they ordered a new one for me but I had to wait several days for delivery now or go to store to pick up. Was double charged for the laptop. 2 calls to customer service (and waiting on hold excessively each time) and 7 days later still waiting for my card to be credited for the double charge. Funny how the card gets charged right away but takes so long to credit the card.
Purchased an item which was in stock and on sale. Not delivered. One week of chasing them and was finally told it was permanently out of stock. Refused to honor sale price for a different color. Should have purchased it elsewhere as the item was on sale at many places at the time. 0 points for customer service. Just a fake sale with no inventory.

I ordered Viva paper towels recently and they said the carrier couldn't ship but had confirmation thru my email it would be delivered so I suggested there is 2 in the city I live in i can go pick it up myself but i feel they are trying to get out of the sale price that was listed but I'm going to dig deeper into this own up to your mistakes and correct it.

The last 5 times that I have taken my print orders to Office Depot they messed the order. Wrong size, the laminator broke and late deliver. Because the orders are wrong I end up wasting more of my time and money to fix the jobs. I took another job to Office Max on October 21. I waited 10 minutes for the girl to finish up with the customer in front of me. I had 5 different print jobs to go over. She waited on 6 other customers while taking my order leaving me setting and waiting for 40 minutes to take my 5 orders. This happens each time I go to the Office Max printing center. They have one person waiting on 5 and 6 people at the same time so they screw my order up every time. Their printer broke so they had to send the job to their other store. They printed half of my job the wrong size and because the laminator ran out of laminating material again on another one of my jobs I get the job 2 days late. When I explained that they need more than 1 person in the copy center and all the problems I have had, Courtney said they should have just canceled the job instead of trying to help you with it. This is the third time on one of my jobs they ran out of laminating.
We have business acct and recently ordered banners and signs. The banner fell apart after hanging one day. I requested refund for banner at store. They said sure but gave me another number to phone for refund. I called twice, on hold for 20 minute and never got person to take care of refund. They forwarded me to two different people and assured me they would return my call within 24 hours. It has been 6 days. Poor poor customer service!
I went into store #648 in Fresno and was greeted by employee Alejandro. I needed two items and Office Depot only carried one. Alehandro let me know where I could find the other item. Very polite and helpful. I was very impressed by this employee.
Office Depot uses T force as a delivery company in Miami --The worse delivery experience ever. I bought a desk that took 4 days after a scheduled date to be delivered. The product came damaged. I have to exchange and the same delivery company gives you a window of today before 10 PM. by 2 pm they returned the item to the dock and then contact them they said it will be delivered in 24-48 hours. I have contacted force and they are an issue. I read on their web that everyone gave them 1 start. I don't know how office depot uses this logistic company for delivery.
This was a learning experience. I had to order some home office supplies and saw a discount available through my credit card so I opted to go with this site. They initially put the charge through in September, while the offer was still valid. Now all of a sudden it's been changed to October, conveniently after the discount expired. Also, their site is rife with so-called "dark patterns" so that you need to re-select your shipping options every single time you enter a new line of data (address, card info, etc.), otherwise you'll pay for what is supposed to be free shipping. Finally, the site is drop-shipping from various vendors so I was startled to see notifications from a business I didn't recognize. One of these businesses threw a box of plastic pens into a plastic shipping bag and one end was crushed. I do not recommend this business.
Very impressed with this department. The personnel were knowledgeable and eager to help. Quality of print job was great. I had two posters made in color, laminated and mounted. Whole job done in one day.
Over the years I have purchased many computers, supplies, and PRINTERS from Office Depot in Tyrone Plaza. Yesterday I spent another $300 on a Brother printer. No complaints with the printer--it is great. When I went to recycle my old HP printer (which I bought from them) I was told I would be charged $10. To recycle it. When I got there, I was charged $30.00. This really irritated me for two reasons: 1. I was told it would cost $10 and they bumped that to $30.00... and, 2. I have been a loyal customer of them for countless years. One would think they would accept the old printer (which was in good condition) without dinging me another $30. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Too bad their service really sucks. The manager was an arrogant $#*! as well. Bye, bye Office Depot. Hello BEST BUY!.
I purchase a desk for my company Through the store at fairless Pennsylvania location store #6174 I purchased the desk and I also paid for the assembly to be done in my home as I am disabled and cannot do it myself. Upon delivery I open my glass door that the delivery service left prop up against my door I wS able to get the driver to carry it in one step to my home. After he left I called the operations manger and explained to him the desk that was delivered was the wrong one the operations manager by the name of Dan the both of us got into a heated discussion in which the operations manager hung up the phone I called and made a complaint finally the right desk arrives after I paid $90.00 I was told by the assembly company Apollo that officemax outsource for the assembly company I was then told I had to give an additional $105.00 for them to arrive at my home to assemble the desk Si I paid a total of $195.00 assembly of a $319.00 desk I have contacted several numbers and corporate office numbers not one person has contacted me to resolved this issue and nightmare my associate and I were going back to buy several desks chairs office supplies and such to set up the company after the aggravation and no one to reach out to us after we have left numerous phone calls and emails and a Google review no response officemax officedepot have no idea how much they cost thier firm we have a 4 story office building we are setting up for our staff. After a nightmare of purchasing one desk we have decided to go elsewhere after asking for a district manager at this location we have not heard from him or her! Consumers beware before you or family shop there you will be sadly frustrated and upset!
