Very cordial treatment of Emily C and Sarah, have been super attentive at all times, despite the delay in delivery of the order I contacted them and gave me attention immediately giving me the reason why my order was delayed. It arrived just at the end of the Christmas holidays and very fast! The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Greetings.

I ordered a item from ohpolly however it never got delivered by Hermes and I was unable to get in touch with them to find out why as they hadn't attempted delivery, I contacted ohpollyhelp Instagram and Lauren and Jess replied quickly with it being Christmas and kindly posted me a replacement with express delivery! I ordered an item two weeks before my birthday and it took over a month to arrive, needless to say that I was unable to wear the top I ordered for my special day. I ordered the "Love Letter", mesh corset in the color blush. The packaging was cute but the item itself was lackluster. Although the chest area was more heavily padded than the rest of the corset, it is still sheer. Furthermore, the straps do not stay up, even with adjusting the strap lengths! For a poorly fitting $43.45 top, with nearly $7.00 shipping to arrive over a month later, my final verdict is to save your money.

I ordered from bo and tee, oh polly's workout line for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality was. It was a nice thick material and super flattering on. Not only are the clothes great I had the best assistance from Sophie, Ellie, Sarah and Kate who patiently clarified everything and responded very quick. Will be ordering again very soon.

I accidentally ordered my parcel to an old address and emailed asking if I could change. A day later (Boxing Day) I got a quick reply saying they had changed my address and it was all sorted :)
