Purchased a black wardrobe from this company via Walmart's marketplace a week ago. I purchased BLACK, was sent NATURAL. I contacted the seller and they asked me to unpack the item, put it together and measure it. A 100 lb wardrobe. What?! I told them I would not unpack it, I opened the end of the box, saw it was the wrong color item, and immediately packed it back up so I can return it. I sent a picture of the item I received (on their insistence) and I have explained the situation 5 times to them and 2 times to Walmart. Every time, the seller OJCommerce just sends me the same canned email back, asking me to put it together and measure it. This is completely outrageous, they obviously just don't want to pay for return shipping. I'll have no recourse now except to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!
I just had to write a review about the loft bed I recently ordered from OJCommerce! It arrived way faster than expected and in perfect condition – not a scratch on it. My kids are absolutely thrilled with their new "fort" under the bed – it's become their super cool hangout spot. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the super clear instructions, and the whole bed feels really sturdy. Plus, it came with free shipping and arrived early! Overall, I'm super impressed – definitely recommend this bed!
I tried to order a cat tower THREE times and every time they would send me the same wrong model of the same brand, trying to convince me each time that that's what I ordered. I waited for two weeks or so for the third time to order it since they told me there was a warehouse issue that has been fixed. Well, clearly not. It's impossible to reach someone higher up, they say you will get a call back from someone but that never happens.
I wish I read these reviews before making a purchase. This was the worst experience I had. I purchased an ottoman and received an end table. I now have to pay an additional cost to ship it back and I was expecting to entertain with my new ottoman which was a shipped table. Never Again
I ordered a floor lamp. Basically, OJCommerce is the distributor for the manufacturer and did not package the item. They shipped it through FedEx and I got it by the stated date. Upon opening the lamp, it had a defect - through no fault of OJCommerce. I immediately called them, explained the problem, sent pictures and was given a full refund that day. I have nothing but respect for a company that stands behind their business.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON ANY SITE! I purchased a small three drawer chest. The problem is the misleading representation of the item and because of that I am unable to use it! The drawer fronts are 5",6" and 6" and 17 1/2 inches wide, but all three drawers are only 15" wide with 3 1/8" depth and only 4" clearance, and only 13" deep! The chest is 16 1/2" deep. The ad states that it is 18" deep and it is only 16 1/2" deep and only 23 5/8" wide not 24"
So now I am out the money, and stuck with a chest that I can't use, because what I need to put in it will not fit! THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK, WHICH WILL COST MORE THAN THE ITEM

Dear Susan Fisher,
The item must be returned within 10 days after receiving this RA.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION #, ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wrap the package carefully in the original manufacturer's packaging
2. Return the item(s) to the address provided using your preferred shipping carrier.
3. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
4. Provide us with the tracking number/s of the return. The tracking will be on the receipt provided by your shipping carrier.
Refunds will be processed after the return is received and inspected by our warehouse.
NOTICE:
A. All returned products MUST be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot take returns if products have been assembled or modified. All items will be inspected upon return.
B. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
C. Customers are responsible for returns to any address other than instructed.
We generally complete the inspection of returned goods within two business days of receipt in our warehouse and process the refund. It may take 2 to 3 additional business days for the refund to credit to your account.
Ordered a computer deck through Walmart.com and it was shipped and sold by OJcommerce the third-party seller. When we got the large box, it was the wrong item as they sent a console table not the computer desk we ordered. The box was ripped open on the side and when we started taking the many parts out of the box to assemble the computer desk, we thought we received we realized there was glass shelf in the box, and it was the wrong item. We called the company and told them we do not have carton sealing tape to seal back the box and we could not get all the parts back into the box. The company OJcommerce told us tough luck drive somewhere and buy the tape at our expense and if anything was damaged on the return back to them, we would be charged for the damage and also charged a re-stocking fee when they sent us the WRONG ITEM!
They then tried to offer us a $47.00 refund to keep the item we did not want and did not order and never mentioned if they would even ship the correct item. Now all the burden of packing the box again buying carton sealing tape to fix the box and seal it falls on us as well as getting it back to them undamaged when we did not order or want this item they sent. Horrible company do not buy anything from them as you will get ripped off and probably get the wrong item sent. This terrible company did not even acknowledge they sent the wrong item just sent us a return label and no sorry or anything else. If you like getting the wrong item and working for free for OJcommerce then buy from them if you want the item, you ordered, and no headaches DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just a word of caution and our experience.
I had my order delayed the day it was to arrive. I called and they said 3 to 5 more days. 3 days go by and I get a phone call telling me it will be delayed another 3-5 days. Three more days go by and it's still not shipped and told 3-5 more days.
They say it's im stock but they won't ship it.
They are very honest ppl. Very professional. I returned heavy furniture and they provided free shipping
I bought the Schwinn Meridian Comfort Adult Tricycle and will start with one good point: the delivery was reasonably fast and the assembly is relatively straightforward (I have several bicycles). This specific bike and OJ Commerce's return policy however deserves 1 star. The bike is essentially unsafe to use - the braking is not effective even after multiple adjustments. The rear brake is just slowing down (faulty design) NOT stopping and the front one is not effective enough to compensate.
Sadly, the client will not realize this until it is assembled and then it cannot be returned. First and last time that I buy on OJCommerce. Order #: *******. Reputation is wealth.
Do not ever buy from this company. They are absolutely terrible to work with bought a $400 desk huge chips in the top of it after putting it together five hours later they offered me minimal to nothing.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS COME DAMAGED!
First time using this company and I will never use again. We bought a cat tower, and it was made so cheap and very hard on the sitting surfaces - no padding under cheap carpet - Our cats ignore it. They don't offer return shipping, and it's going to be $80 for a return, and the item was $62, so we are going to donate it. Customer Service person was rude and robotic, kept asking "Does it look like t he picture?" - stupidity all around. Stick with well-known national brands, these off brands so NOT have the customer experience as a core value.
I don't recommend OJCommerce. Worse customer service. They don;t really care about their customers. They will not provide you a return label to return an item even if it is their fault. Stay away from this company.
I bought a bike through walmart.com and then was told it was out of stock when I was looking at it. In order to order it again I had to cancel the order and then pay $50 more. Then when I found another bike cheaper I canceled the order but OJ commerce still shipped it and refuses to accept responsibility for not canceling the order as requested. Now I'm trying to return it and they have to investigate and will not let me ship it back.
I happened to order a Dining Bench via WalMart as the other reseller don't have it. Here is the host of problems I confronted with, because of these ridiculous, incompetent buffoons.
1. I couldn't cancel the order though I tried my best.
2. No return shipping label provided and the cost of return shipping is more than the price originally paid for. The other merchants (WayFair & HeyNeedle) in-fact provided the return label, along with pickup.
3. Their customer care sucks, never lifts the calls except the lousy email replies with Asian thick accent.
I purchased a product through Walmart.com and they were the third party seller. I cancelled my order w/in 1 hour of placing it due to the delayed delivery time (I was able to receive it in 2 days through Amazon). OJCommerce delivered the product to me, despite my multiple email communications detailing my cancelled order. They denied me the ability to return their erroneous product to the Walmart store and forced me to pay for shipping to send their mistake back to them. They easily could have sent me a shipping label and had the delivery truck pick it up - but they didn't. They don't care about their clients. They do not provide customer service. Only purchase from them if you want to be SCREWED!
I ordered a table from OJ commerce, the item came damaged. I contacted them and they sent me another one that also came broken. I contacted them to know if the delivery company will be picking up the damaged product and they told me that they would ask the delivery company and get back to me. Then they sent me a third one which finally was delivered in good condition.The tables both weighed 200lbs and since I don't drive I tried to get in touch with them again and this time they said that since the third one came in good condition that they have resolved the situation and have fulfilled their part of the deal that I should find a way to dispose it off my self. I bought the table for 587 and I was told by a Tasker that it would cost 400 to dispose both items and so I let the company know that it wasn't fair for me to pay almost the price that it cost me to buy the product to dispose it but they just didn't care.and they wouldn't help. They blamed me for not asking for a accepting a replacement instead of. Refund. This company also charges a 30% restocking fee in case you're wondering why I accepted a replacement. They will not take responsibility for any bad experiences that you have with them. Just too much headache it's it not worth it to shop with them. And if you look at their reviews everywhere you will see that they have very few good reviews which shows how badly this seller treats her customer. I hope that this review will help you to boycott them. Not worth the stress at all
If there was a negative rating from 1 to 5 this company would be below 1 star. After numerous phone calls and emails regarding a return merchandise issue, Fay promised me free return shipping labels which she did send me via email. She never mentioned that I would be responsible for half of the cost. I was then deducted half the amount of the return charge from my refund. The merchandise was misrepresented and there was no disclaimer stating that the finish on the chairs could vary. The stain on the chairs was night and day from what was pictured. Never would I ever conduct business again with this company that does not stand behind their word or promises. Wayfair is the best! Beware people.
Answer: I received my item promptly. There was an issue and customer service addressed it immediately to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.
