I raised a dispute in okx the guys told me nothing can be done later on tried to shut me up by deleting all my order record. I started having issues with them when I wanted to make a withdrawal of 14k for Xmas celebrations and it was withheld by them… I was asked to wait for 10 working days for it to be resolved only to see more frustrating responses from them. I got a refund through the company on my profile image. They were the ones I reported to when I figured I wasn't going to get paid by folding my hands. All okay until you try to withdraw funds. Sent everything as required and they kept bringing up other irrelevant excuses not to allow the release of my funds. Stay away from this scam exchange if you don't want to lose your crypto. OKX is not a safe place to store or trade your coin. Either you buy and the coin doesn't arrive in your wallet, or you transfer and the coin doesn't arrive in the destination wallet address, or you store your coin on their site and suddenly all your coins disappear without a trace, or they freeze your account for no reason under "risk control" and deny you access to your funds. You will only get one problem after another on this exchange. I know many people who have lost their coin here on this exchange and I have been a victim too.

Most disgusting exchange ever. I have lost so much money on this platform cos they wouldn't allow me to successfully withdraw my funds. They make series of excuses one wonders how they are always getting away with the lies. Avoid OKX exchanges if you really need your money for good.
