I have an old Navy card. I made a purchase and needed to make a payment on my card. The payment wasn't going through so I called for assistance. They told me that I wasn't in their system and therefore couldn"t make a payment. They even had me reapply because they didn't believe I already had a card. I got denied because I already had a card. After weeks of going back and forth, they were able to resolve the issue. By this time my payment was late. I wasn't charged a late fee but to my surprise it showed up on my credit report as a late payment. I called right away and was told that it would be taken off by the next month. Today 4 months later it is still there and they telling me now that it was a computer error but they can't remove it, I have to dispute it. I'm very annoyed by this and really hope their staff get trained better so customers dont have to end up waiting lots of time correcting mistakes they make.
2 items were missing in order. Called customer service and talked in circles to come to the conclusion they could not help until the due date dec 7th, even through I received the email saying my 8 items were delivered. Called back a couple days later to get someone else. They had to cancel the 2 items from order and reorder. They kept the same price and gave me the courtesy of free shipping. (not sure why they wouldn't due to their error). I was supposed to do a survey afterwards, but I was not forwarded to it. Maybe this is why they have good reviews. I am generally satisfied, but this was a big disappointment and glad I called back prior to that date, since I probably woundn't have received the items in time. No express shipping was offered. Expected to get in 2 weeks.
I wore these pajamas bottom all day until my daughter pointed out the Jewish candles on them! I had to burn them! I refuse to have Zionism forced on me! I am beyond upset and offended to the maximum amount!

Late delivery for the Birthday, promised to be there a day early it was actually 8 days late. One of the packages was said to be in a UPS Store, never identified which one of the four in town, and when we did get the other packages (2 of 3) nothing fit, pants with same size were, one too small, one too big, not by small amounts either it was a huge difference, one item was obviously a previous return and soiled. I ordered 5 items from Old Navy and only received 3 of the 5 items. I called as soon as my order came. Customer service who I recorded said I could place another order but would have to pay for it and wait until Nov 14th to ask for a claim for the missing items. First I didn't want my money back I only wanted the items that were missing, why was this so hard to do. So I called on the 14th and low and behold they have no information with a number the previous guy had given me who's name was Efrain Chevaz. They said they can't transfer me to him and don't have anything about missing items. I had to file a claim request and I will let everyone knows what happens. Meanwhile I will take the recorded conversation I had with Efrain and post it on Social media. I will never order from Old Navy again.
Shipping packaging is extremely cheap which causes missing items ON will not replace or refund. Also workers packing bags do not care if items are correct or all there! No care for customers so they have definitely lost my business!
Placed and on line order and paid via PayPal, immediately realized that my old address was listed as the the mailing address so I contacted ON customer service immediately they said they were no able to cancel the order but would put a request in to do so. Next day i called again and was told the cancellation has not been approved yet and they will put another cancellation request in to expedite it. Wrong…. 2 hours later got the email the the order shipped so i called yet again, was told they could do nothing about it and i would have to call back when I was notified that the order had been delivered to the wrong address and they will then be able to refund my money since i contacted them immediately after I placed the order and I had reordered it to the correct address. Well here I am again on the phone with them in the day it was delivered to the wrong address and of course they are telling me that I have to call back yet again on another week and they may be able to help me. Doesn't make any sense why they could not cancel the order from the start and saved all of us a lot of aggravation. Well I not a fortune teller but judging by they way they have handled this situation Old Navy will be the next company that closes their door. I for one will never order online again from them and will be returning the order that I receive to my correct address.
Placed an order online for pickup. Received email two items were removed from list. Why if your website said they were available when I originally place the order? Then they provided a code for free shipping on the next order. Tried using the code only to find it's expired! What a joke. How do you justify misleading customers.
I had 2 orders delivered to the wrong address (proof picture not my house), upon phoning Old Navy support was told they cannot do anything for at least a week because the original projected delivery date was several days latter then the actual delivery date. I talked with a rep (very hard to understand due to heavy accent) and then a supervisor with the same result even though both could see delivery status as delivered and could see the proof picture on delivery company(Fed Ex) tracking site. End result no action taking, I'm to call back in a weeks time, ridiculous.
I ordered some clothes over a month and a half ago there is no update on my items. It's supposed to be be 3-5 business days. I tried tracking it, it said 'we're unable to locate package' over two weeks ago. No other further updates.
Spent 52min on a customer service call today after 4 online chat attempts last night. Applied for credit card, made first online member purchase, which arrived missing an item. No offer made to send the missing item. Instead instructed me to make purchase again, although price has changed, the item is out of stock in store, and would have to purchase at higher price with shipping - despite the fact that *Old Navy* is at fault. Made a second purchase in-store the next day with my new brand credit card and the VERY advertised "New Member Offer" of 20% your first purchase within 14days was not applied. A nearly 1hr phone call with three separate customer service representatives only offered that *I* return to the store in person to have them apply the discount... that they weren't able to apply in the first place? They repeated that they weren't able to access orders made in person, despite offering to provide receipt, transaction details, email a scan etc that would GIVE those details, no help provided. Both interactions completely lacking in any real concern for the customer. I would not recommend becoming a cardmember by any means.
Cancelled my $1,000 order (paid with my old navy credit card) for absolutely no reason. Instead of calling me, or sending a text for me to verify I made the purchase, they cancelled it. I needed all of this clothing to replace items from a robbery while vacationing in San Francisco, CA in which the thieves stole everything we had with us on vacation. My bank is able to send a quick text to verify purchases; why not Old Navy?!?
Many of my items were no longer available by the time the "research" department was open to verify and replace my order.

I was loyalty customer for Old Navy for years. I used their reward credit card to pay my purchase as well. I set up auto pay linking to my bank so I don't have to bother to check balance. Last year, their system removed my auto pay setting and started to charge me late fee. I filed complaint to them and they refunded my late fee. I set up auto pay again after i paid off everything. This year, it happens again. I barely check my email and there is no letter until i got a card cancellation written note stating my card is deactivated. I contacted old navy, they said no refund this time and my card can't be activated, and i need to pay penalty around $170. Why i need to pay for penalty when something is wrong with their system. I won't go to old navy again and won't recommend any of my friends to go.
Don't order anything online they take your money the out it back on your card then take back off when items are shipped which I feel is ridiculous it's causing to much activity on your account.
This place is horrible. They love to steal your money and no product. I will never buy from them again. Customer service was even worse. No one helps you. So if you want your money stolen and no product this is the place to buy!
Worst customer service ever. Paid for an order of 7 items of baby clothing, one item was missing but I got a women's XL shirt instead. Was supposed to get a 2 pack pants only got 1 pair. Customer service refused to refund me until I print a shipping label and return the wrong shirt and single pants out of the 2 pack, then reorder these items, then contact customer service again to get refunded on my new, separate order that I have to pay for again out of pocket, wait another week to get, and go out of my way to print a shipping label and bring somewhere to return?! Why should the customer have to do all this extra work for their mistake. Just refund my money for the items I didn't get. They refused. I disputed through PayPal and got my money back instantly. Their customer service is the WORST I'm having such a bad day over this experience. They would've saved $ and had a happy customer to just resend or refund the items I paid for. Such a bad taste over this.
Also because I was so angry about their unfair treatment I tried to warn others on Instagram and they flagged and removed my comments for fraud- excuse me- they are frauding customers stealing money and not sending what was paid for!
Their return policy is the absolute worst I have seen with zero flexibility. It used to be 45 days and now apparently is 30. Bought pants for my daughter…8 pairs as I didn't know what would fit as she 6'4". She's away at college and since we are a few days over the 30 days, there is nothing no one can do. Can't even get in store credit. The 2 people I talked to in customer service on the phone, first could hardly understand them and two, they make it sound like they make it easy to do returns and it shouldn't have been an issue. Whoever is running this company should be ashamed. I've bought from you because you have decent prices and decent quality, but it is apparent the customers who keep you in business don't matter.
I could not found my coupon on my iPhone and your employee, Jordi was beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When checking out another employee, Lori was very friendly also. It is so refreshing to find such great service and friendliness. What a great experience on my shopping trip with my granddaughter!

Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
