Old Navy switched to Barclay, who are the worst. They used contact info from an old accnt, that was closed for 15+ yrs, that email has been corrupted and sold on the Black Market, instead of the contact info they were provided for this account. It destroyed my credit score for $60, a waste of 15 years of hard work. No way to get help from Old Navy to fix this. They just send you to Barclay, the problem.
They have lost a life long customer and have put me in danger of identity theft. AVOID.
Have bought their Womens fashion t-shirts last year and loved them! Great value and fit. I am tall 5'11' and XL and to be able to buy a tall T shirt at such a low price is amazing. Colors are good, fit is great and value is outstanding ( bought them at $ 5-10). After many wears they start to wear out but definitely worth the money. Just ordered 5 more!
Warning! We received our first bill from Old Navy for a charge card that we never received and because we didn't charge for 2 months their was a monthly $2 fee and $30 mothly late fee. Totaling $64 for a card that we never received.
Absolutely absurd to charge for a bag. You have loyal customers that shop there and you can't even provide a bag at no charge. Ridiculous!
Fit and quality and style perfect for me an 80 yr old grandma. Easy to find plenty of space. One slight complaint. Some workers are rude but most are really helpful so can be overlooked
Biggest L ever as they lost a customer, a customer that recommended other moms to shop for clothes for kids. First, they work with ONTRAC for shipping and ONTRAC is the cheapest and worst "shipping" service ever as I never receive my items. Secondly, I called old navy customer service after viewing that ONTRAC didn't have my apartment number which is bull because I provided it when placing my order with OLD NAVY, the rep told me not to worry that he was sending the information to ONTRAC; 6 days go by and I never received my package. I decided to call old navy again to check status on my order and was informed that my order was even coming to me and had been sent back to warehouse, and at this point they had one of my items no longer in stock, pissed off I asked what they are going to do for me and for the wasted time. He stated the last time I called was never documented and basically called me a liar and rep put me on hold to come back to tell me he could offer refund. I'm extremely unsatisfied with old navy and their service; won't spend any more money not refer any other people to this place. The worst!
I have made multiple purchases from them and have been consistently satisfied. The delivery of my orders is always prompt, and the sizing is comparable to what you would find at Old Navy - for certain items, I may wear a large while for others, an XS. What sets the website apart is that customers are able to share reviews and photos of themselves wearing the clothing, allowing you to see how the clothes look on real people. I find this feature particularly admirable because it can sometimes influence my decision to make a purchase. Overall, I highly recommend Old Navy and plan to continue shopping there in the future.
Cashier at old navy was a guy that was extremely rude, he said he has to make sure I wasn't an online hacker, asked my number twice made me scan my debit card twice, asked for my license, who does that, a family mom with her son, if he did not want to help me Next time Say So!
The bathroom in the Aventura Old Navy has lights go on in bathroom by a movement detector when you 1st walk in. But then the light goes our after 1 or 2 min. While you are in the stall. It leaves you in the dark until you xime out of the stall. Bad set up.
I bought a swimsuit for my daughter on June 1. At the beginning of July I noticed she hadn't worn it yet and asked if she still wanted it. She had changed her mind and decided she didn't like it. So I took it back to the store, brand new with the tag still attached and receipt in hand. Because I was seven days past their ridiculously small return window, I was given NOTHING. I will no longer be buying anything from Old Navy. It's not worth the risk!
I visited the Old Navy at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale Wisconsin and was asked to pay $0.15 for a bag to carry my purchase out which is ridiculous. I will not shop at Old Navy anymore there are no signs posted saying you need to bring your own bag it made me very uncomfortable and it could give the assumption that I was stealing not cool
They use UPS who refuse to deliver my package! I called twice and still they don't deliver they live a card! I am at home 95% because I'm sick and I don't have a car and because of that reason I CAN'T go to your post office! They don't deliver and keep your package only 7 days and after they send it back to the company! WORST SHIPPING COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY JUST DON'T DO THEIR JOB! WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY! When you change shipping company I will order from you, now, since I can't get my order delivered I will buy somewhere else! YOU LOOSE ONE COSTUMER AND WILL LOOSE MORE IF YOU WORK WITH THAT SHIPPING COMPANY! I HAVE TO GO AND FIND ANOTHER PAIR OF PANTS THAT I LIKE THAT FITS ME AND IT'S AFFORDABLE! WAIST OF TIME!
30 days DOES NOT allow enough time to receive order, try on, make a decision...to keep or not to keep (especially if you are out of town when the order was received!) and then return if not satisfied or happy with purchase any items! I have just spent 30+ minutes chatting with customer service. NO HELP! I asked that I could speak to a manager but employee said the manager would not be able to help anymore than he did. I have shopped with Old Navy for more than 25 years and 4 items, 4 items!... that are brand new, with tags, unworn, that I didn't like the way they fit will never be worn. I have spent thousands of dollars and I don't know if I'll be back, I can't believe they won't make a customer happy, I'm only asking for a simple return, exchange, store credit, something to resolve the situation. Sad!
They always forget items in my package and since they do not reship missing items I have to wait fiveever for a refund. Useless customer service.
I try to return the online item but they refuse to send me a label to return it because I can't remember the billing address from my Apple Pay.
I just want. A refund rebel and sent it back to the store then money goes back to the original card. Who creates a stupid policy like this?
They didn't send any receipts in the bag to reduce the cost too. How difference between sending the clothing bag by mail and returning it to the store without the detail about the billing address? I will not buy anything from your company again all my life cheap cloth and a stupid policy
I shopped at the Homestead waterfront store this afternoon and the clothes that the workers had on were not proper for a business. They did not fit properly and I didn't know who a worker was or if they were customers. I like old navy, the sales, the quality, the variety but wish there was a better dress code for the employees.
So, I ordered 4 items from Old Navy for a cruise I go on this week and received ONE of those items but did NOT receive the other three today in my package. Instead, I received TWO items I DID NOT order and that were incorrectly placed in my package.
When I spoke to a representative and their supervisor, these were the only options that Old Navy was willing to offer:
1. Issue a return for the incorrect items that I did not even order and once that is received THEN I could get credit for the items that I ordered but never received as promised by their order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
2. Charge me a SECOND time for the items I originally ordered (and already paid for) and then issue me a credit for the first charge once they received their incorrectly shipped items back. After a LONG talk about the lack of customer service, they said they would expedite shipping of the items I should have received TODAY.
Note:
-They are now out of stock for a dress I originally ordered and they had in stock so even though I paid for it, they confirmed the order and shipment, I have no option of receiving the dress.
-If I had NOT BEEN HONEST, they would have issued a refund within 1-2 business days without waiting to receive the incorrectly shipped items back however, because I was honest, I now have to wait for them to get the incorrectly shipped items back before I get my refund.
My thoughts….Old Navy, your customer service policies are terrible. Old Navy policies seek to serve the company and definitely not the customer.
I was never given an option that honored my honesty, expedited the receipt of the items that I already ordered, paid for, and was confirmed as supposed to receive. Your policies are business-serving and do not honor your customers in any way and need to be re-evaluated and given some old fashioned "the customer is always right" attention. Also, you need to give your customer service representatives the freedom to help their customers with options that best serve the customer.
Ridiculous. Be warned, friends!
Old navy clearly isn't an American company, the average American works 40 hrs a week I'm sure and a lot work more, including me, and going to school. I bought the wrong pair of dress pants for work and a shirt that was too small, never worn… tags and receipt in hand. It was past the 30 day mark yet the clothes are still the same price and same spot I bought them in store. Store manager said she couldn't do anything for me, yes I put it off to get back to the store cause I have had a crazy schedule and school ended and I needed these clothes for work so I went into the store and they couldn't do anything for me told me customer service 1-800- old-navy could and they had me on hold to just say they couldn't do a thing… all they do is online orders. So what was the whole run around for? I have never ever had a problem with returning things two months after as long as it wasn't open or damaged and I had a receipt. I will be returning all the clothes I bought this past month there for work that hasn't been worn and will never ever shop here again.
I ordered a pair of Jean's needed them for a baby shower i was attending, they sent me the wrong item, asked them to resend my Jean's and if they can expedite my order so i receive them on time. They couldn't do that for me, so i asked for a credit on my bill. And they said they apologize that they can not help me. Their Customer service was horrible. It was an error on Old navy end that they sent the wrong item and there was no Customer satisfaction at all. So disappointed.
What happened to Old Navy? It used to be a place to buy cute, well-fitting basics for reasonable prices. The choices now are just plain ugly and short-lived trendy. My last straw is a pair of powersoft leggings that WILL NOT stay in place. Good thing I wore them around the house first because I could NEVER wear them to work out. I bought them despite not being able to read reviews as they would not download after multiple attempts I might send them back even though I already washed them, they are that bad. My recommendation? Hire better buyers, hire an experienced web developer, and backburner the social justice stuff.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
