2nd time ordering a custom made punch with my choice of the punch design. While I had to wait for the 1st order to be made and it was well worth the wait. High end punches for sure. This last order they had a punch in stock that I got quickly. Super!
Sent a different punch than the image pictured. Replacement was unacceptable as well
The reason why I purchased fromt his site was because they said they make there products in the USA and i figured I would support local businesses not out of country ones. Well I never recieved my product and when I inquired about it they were very nasty and rude. Do not use this site! Its awful!
