Not happy! It took nearly 2 months before I received the DVDs after I placed the order. Two of the DVDs only had 10 & 30 minutes of running time on them and as I had been invoiced for the full running time as stated on the tapes, I queried the invoice. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls I was fobbed off. In my opinion their website is misleading where it states "No extra charge for combining more than one tape on the same DVD, only pay for the combined total running times."
Well what can we say we are still waiting for our order that was placed in August 2010 everytime we contact the company they tell us that the items have been despatched by Special delivery Royal Mail has no knowledge of the order what do we do we needed our order back as we are avoluntary organisation based in Leeds and we trusted this company 100% but now we have second thoughts.
Must say I was very impressed with the way my order handled as I knew nothing about my tapes as I had so many. I phoned them with very little information about my tapes but they still came the next day and collected 20 of them for me to try them out and the following week I got a call confirming they where all ok and on dvd ready for return. I paid online and got the package the next day. All the DVD's look great with many memories on the tapes printed on the covers and DVD's. All in all well worth the money. Peter Jamieson, Essex.
Great service. Low price comired to others we looked up. Got a DVD packaged with cover, my photo was printed too for £10 all in for our 2 hour wedding demo video so can't fault it for the money. Good value
Where do I begin with this shower? Needed some family videoes putting on to DVD and this lot seemed pro on the phone but they made a total mess of the order, I had to pay to post their mistakes back and I never got an apology! Took several emails and phone calls just to reclaim my postage costs. Their site sucks too.
