I placed an order on 11-2-24 and reviewed the wrong item. I reviewed an ornament for someone else. I have emailed and texted several times and have never received a message back. I will not order from them again. I would like a refund including shipping.
I have bought Ornament Shop ornaments for all my children and grandchildren for about 8 years. About a $200 order each year. Ornaments were always received in a red velvet bag for presentation and for storage. Last month the order came with 1 red velvet bag. I emailed to ask where the other 11 red velvet bags were. They said they are only giving the bags for certain ornaments. I asked for the other 11 bags to be sent as good customer service for a steady customer because nowhere was it written that their policy had changed. They answered that now they are complimentary. I quoted the dictionary definition as "given or supplied free of charge" to the representative and told her to forward these emails to her supervisor. I also said I would put negative feedback and reviews on social media if this wasn't rectified. The last email I received stated:
"I apologize our processes have changed and now only the printed ornaments are receiving the red bags. The hand personalized ornaments no longer come with the red bag. I apologize for the inconvenience. Your order only contained 1 printed ornament therefore only 1 red bag was sent."
THIS MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER. I WILL NEVER USE ORNAMENT SHOP AGAIN. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware of their ignorance.
Errors on the part of the company were never dealt with correctly. Tried to expedite my issue and no one would give me contact info. Was placing an order...during a sale...issue with website that got corrected 2 days later...went to place order...sale was no longer in existence and no one would help me get the sale price. Asked for free shipping to compensate and was told no. Asked to be in contact with next level and got no response. Other issue in December...personalized ornaments came with no personalization...credited back but one ornament was out of stock...no compensation. Offered to send ornaments back so they could personalize them... crickets. No one responded after that. I had been a customer for years. Next year I will seek out a different company for sure.
Ordered two personalized ornaments. Received both with no personalization. Contact customer service. And was told one will be replaced and the other is out of stock. I found a substitute and asked for free shipping and was refused it. So I have to pay again to have ornament shipped to me when original ordered was wrong. Asked to speak to someone above and was told there is no one.
If I could give zero stars I would. My order was lost and when my emails were not answered I put the charge in dispute. I wanted to re order the ornaments and it was canceled and I was told I can never order from them again.

Don't even think about placing an order with this company! Would give a 0 if I could! No customer service. You can't call them! They could absolutely care less and refuse to help with ANY problems. We placed an order mid November for almost $200 worth of merchandise. 2 1/2 weeks before Xmas we started sending emails,alarmed because we still hadn't gotten our ornaments,no response till 7 days before Xmas,and that response was "do you want a refund?". We tried and begged for help,refused to send the ornaments, their response was always the same. We never got our 2023 ornaments and will never order from this despicable company of uncaring people. Unbelievable
They mailed me someone else's order. I tried to call several time and they are not taking phone calls during Christmas season. They sell Christmas ornaments which people give as presents!
So if someone is missing a puzzle frame ornament with 3 names on it, I have your order. You probalby have my 3 with our picture on it.
They are NOT responding to my emails either. All I want is my order and at this point my money back. I did manage dial an ext and get someone in shipping who gave me to a phone # *******414 for a Candy something company and they were NOT friendly or helpful. DO NOT BUY. There are a ton of BBB complaints as well. I have order in the past but will NEVER order again.
I ordered an adorable customized ornament commemorating my daughter's first year of college. It arrived broken. When I tried the customer service link in my emails from them, it went nowhere...literally a non-functioning link. When I sent something asking for a replacement on their website, I received no answer. They are a scam -- DO NOT ORDER!
Best part about ordering from this place is the ability to customize ornaments….IF they turn out right. Downside is that the ornaments themselves are average at best. Customer service is poor, and most of all the advertised price of the ornaments will more than double once all the fees are heaped on. BEWARE.
I received my order from ornamentshop.com today. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the ornaments and was thrilled to see that they were really personalized by hand! I love seeing this being done by a real human and not a computer. I will be ordering again very soon.

If you are thinking of purchasing from this company DON'T. Read how the Better Business Bureau ranks them. The company is ranked a D-. The reason is the company does not respond to customers. Get this, Ornament-shop. Com won't provide a phone number for order issues! If you email them they do not respond!
Buy from another company who stands behind their product and one that doesn't hide from the public.

The "estimate shipping" does not work so you are forced to complete the order to determine shipping. An $18 ornament (small resin) was $11.99 for shipping. They also suggested an alternate address for the one I entered and it was EXACTLY the same.
I have never dealt with costumer service this awful. I order from this company EVERY year and spend SO MUCH money each time. The ornaments aren't always completely perfect, but I have never complained. This year, I ordered my usual large order, with a special addition for my new baby. The penmanship wasn't the best on any of the ornaments that were sent, but my baby's first Christmas ornament-an important keepsake-was sporting slanted writing and some sloppy letters. I emailed the company and got nasty responses about how it meets their quality control standards. I pushed back and explained why this was upsetting, and they just sent back a nasty response stating that it doesn't matter that I'm upset because their standards were met and that's the end of it. I've never been treated so poorly by a company this size. They won't miss the $15 they would need to spend to replace the ornament, but I will certainly remember how they treated me and handled this situation. I will no longer deal with a company that cares so little about their customers. Absolutely pathetic.
Attempted to place an order online and kept getting an error please try again later. Each time I tried again I didn't realize they were taking money off credit card. So they charged me 3 times which was $64.00 x 3 for the exact same ornaments. I emailed them right away to let them know what happened to get refund on all the extra charges, and they replied nothing they can do. I can't find a phone number to call, I'm going to try and dispute this with my credit card. Wish I would have seen these reviews first before ordering from them not impressed at all. Horrible company.
Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. I've ordered from them for 15 years for client gifts. An ornament I received this year was laughable - the writing was so bad it looked like my third grader wrote it. They refused to replace it despite my multiple requests. I will have to spend more money to buy a replacement elsewhere, because the quality is not anything I can give as a gift. It's embarrassing. Shame on them for providing such poor service. Find somewhere else to order your ornaments - they don't deserve the business. And you run the risk of getting garbage quality items.
I have ordered from the ornament shop back in October. They said it would ship by October 20th. Now it is 4 weeks past the date it was to ship and still no ornaments. I have tried to contact them via email and I got one response stating they would look into it and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. I have sent several other emails and have not gotten a reply.
Don't waste you're time or money because you won't get your order.
Beware- if they make a mistake, they will argue with you for a week and not fix it. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
I have ordered something every year from this company. Their website is a waste of time when you are creating a personalized ornament... it takes forever. It was magnified this year because I decided to order 3 different ornaments. When you are shipping to multiple addresses they have an excel spreadsheet for you to use LOL. When you ship individually you do not get the benefit of any coupon offer & suffer the high cost of shipping each ornament to your loved one. Their customer service is non existent... they do not care & offer nothing to appease whatever experience you have had. Sorry does not cut it when I have taken the time to offer feedback. They may think they are just losing me; 1 customer... they are mistaken! There are plenty of other sites to order from... go to them.
Ornament shop.com is having some problems. I bought six ornaments from this coming and five came in one box and one came later. One of the ornament painting was nightmare. The company return policy is 10 day from when receive the item. I return the Bowling Christmas order back to the company that cost me $9.25. I sent 7 email and I did receive an email 4:23 by then it was already ship. The customer service could be a lot better. I would say read everything before you buy from the company.

I try and support small businesses whenever possible, but I had a recent reminder as to why Amazon is ruling. I place an order from OrnamentShop in Ohio, paying 9.99 in shipping when shipping was free with Amazon. The Ornament with the year on the hat was how I wanted it written. Ornamentshop has it presented on their website with the name on the hat instead of the year. "20 minutes" after placing the order at 4:30am on a Saturday, I realized it didn't look correct and emailed the customer service right away. Needless to say it was 2 days of emails going back and forth about why they couldn't make this minor correction. I know it wasn't in production and it definitely hadn't shipped yet. It would have taken very little effort to make this minor correction, yet they chose not to. My cost for the item at OrnamentShop was $29.99 total. I accepted the fact that I had wasted $29.99 ordering from OrnamentShop and ordered the correct ornament from Amazon for a grand total of $14.99 Amazons ornament arrived 2 days sooner than OrnamentShop even though it was ordered two days later. Amazons package, which shipped for free, was professionally wrapped in a bubble pack, OrnamentShops was thrown in a bag. The writing is even nicer on the Amazon ornament. Small business may be able to survive a Monopoly like Amazon if they step up their customer service. I don't see this company remaining in business much longer.
Dreadful customer service. The completely ignored the fact that my item was broken upon delivery. It might seem like a cute idea to get a personalized ornament but it's simply just not worth dealing with this company on any level.
Answer: You cannot. Phone is IMPOSSIBLE. Email is better, they may answer, but they do not send a reply after you tell them your issue. They ignore you.
Answer: The company is legit. I have placed many orders from them, but their customer service is awful and this year is my last.
