I stumbled across ozgameshop years ago when they just started out, have been buying my games and presents for my 5 nephews each year, its my go to place.
I pre ordered red dead redemption 2 in April of 17, since that time I moved address but with the release coming i made sure I updated my address months before as was excited to get it. The release date passes and I receive nothing, I contact oz gameshop and they tell me no problem it is on its way. Still I receive nothing so I contact again, they tell me it has been delivered to my old address and that they cant do anything, I spoke to Lauren who runs the emails and online portal of the website, I said I updated my details before release, she tells me as it has been sent her hands are tied and said I need to go to the old address and ask the new owners to give me my game or wait for them to send it back to ozgameshop and they will process a refund to me.
How is this anyway to do business when a customer has an issue, they would rather lose customer to prove a point? Generally I received the games with good delivery and at good prices, but as above if you have to deal with customer service and especially this Lauren character who is just outright rude and unhelpful putting it politely, then good luck I will be shopping else where
Order #**************. Due to an error, the website did not save my new address, which I updated prior to making the orders. It has been 3-4 months and still no refund for parcels sent to the old address. They say they did not receive them back but THEY DON'T USE TRACKING so who knows. Who know if they were even sent or if they were lost. They referred me to Australia Post who advised that the store should know everything based on tracking numbers and should have received the returned parcels by now. Ozgameshop customer service is circular and no help. I was told all the supervisors will say the same thing and that there is no complaints department or process. If I had payed with Paypal they would have refunded me long ago due to the website error not being my fault, but all Ozgameshop tell me is 'I supplied the wrong address' and they can't refund me. Happy to change this to 5 stars when I get a refund.

Problem arose when I purchased two items off them from their eBay store (Australia-Games). The wrong address was put on it, so I asked to cancel/change address.
No response, 3 days later I'm told they sent it to the wrong address in question.
I called the old address (It was old house in another state) Package never arrived, escalated to Paypal,
ozgameshop.com then provides a laughably fake tracking number that has no updates for almost a week.
I asked them if they sent it to the correct address (as It will bounce back because of recipient not known at location) No response.
So their goal now is to hold my $150 hostage for another month or god knows how long, till they get it through their thick heads that it wont be delivered; stop trying to scam Paypal.
No response from any of their team now, I can't cancel the order, can't return it, cant even receive it,
And they think its smart business practice to have me contacting them everyday, then sending multiple packages to the wrong address (for god knows how many times) until they figure it out
Absolute nightmare, I've never written a negative review before till now as well.
They have no idea what they're doing, their team doesnt have the proper resources and their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I purchased the new NRL game a couple of weeks ago and paid for express. I didn't realise I bought it new it was released, so I expected to at least get it on release day like I do when I buy from JB hifi. I also paid extra for express. One week later AFTER release, still arrived. They claim express takes 5-9 days which I find weird bas usually Express is 1-2 days.
