As a suggestion, Panash should also ask for the sleeve measurement (which was a bit long).

Excellent products but there should be more communication post placing the order on expected delivery date
I had ordered a dress from site middle of March and did not receive dress til second week of May! I needed dress for a wedding. Repeatedly emailed them and was told it would be shipped next day every week. After multiple emails and asking for refund and cancellation of order, company refused refund! Never going to order from this website again! Worse customer service. I have ordered from other sites and usually they are over by a few day or a week. Would recommend ordering from another place or ordering 2 months or more in advance!

This was my first time ordering from this site. I ordered my suit back in the beginning of March 19th it is now April 19th! It has been a month and still haven't received it. I have contacted the company via email and they keep promising it will be sent. Worst customer services!
Shipment arrived on time. Product is of OK quality, some dirt on the hem, seams are not matched up with pattern, seams are also not straight/fabric is puckered. I ordered custom sizing & it is still appx 2inches too large in the chest, so some adjustments will still have to be made. Pattern matches photos & is cute!. Also was charged significant customs fees (over 40% of the purchase price) by FedEx which seems steep, so something to calculate into your decision to purchase.

I ordered 2 dresses from Panash India (about $50 sale price each plus shipping). One was canceled and refunded before shipping because it "was not up to their standards". The second one arrived and it did not look at all as described or as advertised in the picture. It was also almost completely see-through. I thought I received an incorrect item and returned to the site to double check with customer service. The listings for the dresses I ordered were gone. Thankfully, I had sent a screenshot to my mom so had a backup to show the differences in the product I received (incorrect sleeve and cut). They offered me only store credit "as they were bound by their policies" but their very policies say a full refund would be processed if the error was on their end. I finally convinced them to refund me, but it costs double what I paid for the dress to ship it back to them, and they would not take on any shipping costs even though they had falsely advertised the product. There was no satisfactory resolution. I am out $50.

The description was that the top is satin, but it is georgette. The dress is not as grand as in the picture in the website.

I've ordered from Panash twice now. Each time, the desired item had an expected ship date that I reviewed before placing the order. Each time, the order did not ship WELL PAST the posted ship date and there was zero communication about when the item would ship nor was the tracking on the website updated. If you are hoping to receive something in a timely manner, this site is not for you. Chances are that you will have to contact Customer Service to get your order shipped.

I have ordered 2 clothes from this company! 26 days ago, in the website shipping dates mentioned as 10 days! But gosh it has been 26 i haven't heard anything from them. All good however did not know there would be a duty charge. Should have been told about it before hand. My $200 Saree ended up being almost $300.
