So I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter in March because I knew she would be going to camp in June and might need a special swimsuit for that time of the month as she is only ten. I ordered from Panty Prop and she loved the suit on the site! Three weeks or so after no item received, I emailed them. Yup, that's the only way to contact them! They told me my item was backordered but I should have it within 30 days or I can pick a different suit. My daughter loves this one so we stick it out. Thirty days passes and no item received. I email again and they say 7-10 days or I can choose a different suit and they will express ship it to me. I say send me the other suit and tell them the date I need it by. No response. I send another email. No response. I leave a comment on their FB site. They block me. I send two more emails. I e also tried to contact them now on a Instagram and am waiting for a response to either send my item or refund me my $70! I am so incredibly upset.
