I wish I had read these reviews before falling into the trap of pretty clothes pictures from what seemed like a well established US-based online shop. Ever since then, my experience has been pretty much the same nightmare as of everyone else on this site - you select a 5-15 day delivery, they charge you immediately, only after you pay you get an email that it may actually be some 30+ days, the company in reality operates from somewhere in China, and then you basically never hear from them again. It is irrelevant where the company ships from - if they offer a 5-15 day delivery, it is unacceptable that customers wait for months, receive just half of the order or faulty goods - and there is no remedy.
As the customer service ignores your queries - the best part comes when you reach out to them on Facebook. You can see that any negative feedback gets immediately erased and the comments section blocked. A "very professional way of dealing with customer feedback on their poor service". While the company may not have time to ship you the goods, it has time to clean up the online image - which then leads just to further misleading of customers. All you can then find online is just loads of polished promo and just positive comments of clueless "sooo cute, I need to buy it all" people.
Never mind the money lost - it is however the time to STOP THESE SCAMMERS! Several of us have lodged complaints against their misleading advertising and business practices of Patpat. Do speak up and spread the word through different fora!
I am disappointed in the quality and size of the products. I ordered clothes for a newborn (size 50), but got size 70 and sth that looks like it would fit a two year old. The material is flimsy and seems synthetic, while it should be cotton. Not good enough at all, but the return policy turns out to be just as flimsy. Only for damaged goods and post charges are for the customer. Better to keep it and see if the clothes can serve later. Also it took forever to be delivered. I will never use this website again.
Ordered on 29th Jan 2018, Expected 7 to 15 days as promised on their website, Money taken from my Paypal account, But NEVER received any order acknowledgement, or Shipping details, or ANY updates at all... to date.
15th day today (end of day), Still no replies to my 2 emails following up, Have registered claim with Paypal as well.
Absolutely pathetic customer service (or any service).
Suspect this company might have gone out of business given the absence of email responses.
Save your time and money... shop elsewhere.

Ordered on the 19th of January and 18 days later, no refund! I have been in contact with their customer service and opened a claim with paypal! I try to warn others on FB but this company marks all my comments as Spam. F rating on the BBB site also.
I ordered outfits for boy and girl twins described as "Twinning Fashion Swan Graphic Striped Bodysuits for Bro and Sis" - supposedly reduced from A$49.02 to $27.45 however only the suit for the girl baby arrived. Now three emails in (directly and through their contact on the website) and not even an acknowledgement of my emails!

I order a Christmas pajama on 21st november. After writing a hundred emails to enquire about my order, I get it on January 4th, when I cannot use it as a present anymore. I decide to send it back and ask to be refund at least for the whole price of the item. I get a partial refund after one month, plus I have paid to send the item back. That is, 25 euros expenses for nothing! They do not care about your emails and give casual answer, never the real answer to your questions. Horrible seller. NEVER AGAIN!
I paid 15 express delivery for what still have not received my order its still in the same spot for over 7 days now they suck
I have asked for them to cancel my order a couple of days after I'd placed it (the status of the order was still "packing" on their website") they had confirmed that my order had been cancelled and a day after I get an email notifying me that the order has been shipped. Since then only a back and forth with their customer service, each one of their employee seems to say completely different things. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE HASSLE OF NEVER RECIEVING WHAT YOU ORDER. I have been waiting OVER 2 MONTHS, still did not get the order and now my baby will be too old for it by the time I'll recieve it, if I ever do that is, which seems highly unlikely.
Please don't do my mistake and spare yourselves the hassle of getting ripped off..
I ordered before Christmas, anticipating a timely delivery -- but NOOOOOO, my order came a week after Christmas. I could see from the email they sent me that it would be arriving late and tried to cancel, but there's NO way to accomplish this. When the package arrived, I was going to send it back promptly, but everyone in our household got violently ill with the flu. I finally opened the package this week to see how to return - no return instructions are included. I googled a phone number, but when calling, only got a message to send an email. Sent an email and received the response that there is a 14 day return policy - NO EXCEPTIONS!

I ordered November 26 and canceled November 2. They still shipped on December 5. They said to refuse the delivery, but how do you do that when they just leave them on the porch? They said to bring them back to ups which I did. It arrived in Hebron Kentucky December 19. It is January 17 and I have yet to hear from them after emails and phone calls. I have called my bank and started a disputed claim.
Had a couple of hiccups, but Billy from customer service resolve these for me, was so helpful polite, a credit to Pat Pat. Clothes were fab, of high quality, will by buying again.
I ordered the wrong size and PatPat was very accomadating with the refund. I would definitely order from them again. The items were great quality!
I had some questions and concerns about my order and the customer service team answered my email quickly and even offered a partial refund before I even asked. I will be ordering again. I really like the quality of the kids clothing. And the prices are excellent. Just a note- dont be in a rush to get your order as it takes time.
I've ordered several clothes and even though I had to wait a few weeks, I was happy with the order. The clothes were exactly as they show it on the website. Also, the people who work at patpat answer quick via email. The have an excellent customer service, which i've appreciated a lot.
I ordered things for my daughter. It was very convenient to track the parcel. When it all came, it turned out to be one big coat. I wrote a letter and I was offered several options. The answers to my questions were received in a timely and very clear manner. The staff is polite. Great work
I ordered Christmas pajamas for the family and followed the size chart provided by the company. The childs size and XL for my husband ended up being too small. I communicated this with Customer Service and they were quick to credit my account due to my family members Inability to wear these for our event. They offered to send out larger sizes but I opted not to wait, and instead accepted the credit for the 2 sizes. Make sure when ordering from the company to go one size up. I was pleased how Customer Service was responsive and took care of my concerns
My order was incorrect when I received it and they not only refunded the incorrect item right away but they allowed me to keep it still and get a discount for the new correct reorder was so pleased with their customer service

Ordered pajamas for Christmas. They all ran very small and could not get anyone to give me a return label to send them back. I had ordered more than one pair and the other said it shipped to me but it didnt and I am still trying to get a refund since it is after Christmas and I still havent gotten them. They do have a phone number but it is a scam that no one ever answers and they just tell you to email them. Buyer beware of this company.
