Ordered a birthday present at 10:32am. Paid for next day delivery as ordered before 6pm which is their cut off for next day delivery.
Paid by PayPal and it went through fine, but Toys R Us didn't collect from PayPal until 19.35hrs that evening. Result? Present due to arrive too late for the party.

Be careful when you buy anything from this store in Canada, and ask about the return policy…. I bought Lego in the morning and found the box broken in afternoon so I went back to Toys R us same store on the Decarie to return it at the same day… they refused to return it saying that in their policy they don't return Lego! I asked them where is this policy written, and of course it is not written anywhere…. I told them you should write this on a big sign near the Lego section… very bad store I don't know till when they will survive… always high prices, no price matching (this is what the staff told me) no return… they don't respect any of customers rights in Canada
We stopped in at Toys R Us on Broadway in Vancouver today for our first baby purchases. One of the ladies there was very helpful giving us a complete run down on strollers and car seat combos. Surinder also gave us a list of baby items we will need and lots of good info. Overall a great experience

I bought a baby carrier then unfortunately it happened that I lost the resit. They told me to go print out bank statement to show that I bought it with them and I did exactly that, came back with the statement then now they had to go check all the transactions for that day I bought it likeeeeeee okay I was patient enough to wait, now they found the transaction and everything should be sorted right? Well they asked for my bank card so they could refund back in it suddenly they can't put the money back in my account for whatever reason which is known by them like I literally stood there for 3hrs just to get a refund? The manager even had bad attitude instead of being kind I mean I've been waiting all long as heavily pregnant as I am... The service I got was very bad. Work on improving your return policy as how you retrieve old transactions using bank statements cause I mean you can't demand the statement then next thing you can't work with it haiiii

I placed an order at the beginning of March through their ToysRUs branded site (identical to HW site except for colour/branding). It's now well past their 1-6 day delivery timeframe. They don't respond to any of my messages/emails/calls. They haven't so much as sent me a tracking number. Their most recent reviews on their site are from September 2019. Starting to think this is a scam. I spent $1.4k on Lego. How can I get a refund if the order never arrives? The worst service in the world. Chinese fake lego sellers have better service than this. Let that sink in.
I ordered a car and guess what? The car was BROKEN and there were missing items. The car looked as if it was returned by someone because some pieces of the car have worn away. Also, when I went to return it, they said that I can't! So I had to bring it back home and tried to fix it. I would tell you to stay away if you don't want your package to be broken and has missing things.

I payed alot of money for express shipping and its been a very slow delivery it hasn't even been sent out and its been 7 days, didn't have some items in stock, Express shipping it takes maximum 3 days to receive it now its been 7 days and still haven't recieved it let alone they haven't even shipped it! Not happy at all! Played and extra $30 for nothing
Toys r us has a great assortment but I have seen similiar products significantly cheaper at other stores.
They post sales on legos and other goods, stating its only valid for prices ending in a certain number. The price on the shelf is not the correct number so when you go and purchase these items thinking you are getting a sale it is incorrect as they have changed the price to end in. 97 and do not let you know that. Many people dont realize this and end up spending alot more then they intended too. This is just as bad as stealing. Shame on you toys r us. Its a no wonder why you had to shut down all American stores. Public be aware, do not support this, do not buy from them. Buy online and let them shut there doors. These crooks do not deserve our hard earned money. The director at the St. James store in Winnipeg said it was ok to write this review.
I love the collection that toysrus have. Everything from newborn to grown up. However these days prices are more expensive than other online stores.
Our Toys R Us went out of business but my opinion of the store is they do have a good selection but tend to be expensive with a lot of their products.
