I am writing this review to comment on the exceptional customer service I received from Joel Cohen. I had ordered two items, one was a seat cover for the car, the second was a throw for the couch. Although I was disappointed with the throw, I am happy with the seat cover. To resolve the issue I had with the throw, Joel went above and beyond. He maintained contact, sometimes daily, after hours, and on weekends. I always knew where we were in the process. I anticipated an arduous process to resolve the issues I had with the throw; however, Joel made the process easy. I am so impressed. Thank you so much.
