Everything was Very easy to use and every easy to order things couldn't have gone any better I just wish that I had more more money to get another pair

I am impressed with the customer service, but unhappy with the lenses color for my sunglasses.

I have an incredibly difficult prescription and Payne fulfilled it flawlessly. I ordered another pair through my optometrist on the same day - Payne's glasses arrived in less than half the time and at 25% of the cost, with equal quality.

They went above and beyond to redo my glasses. It wasn't their fault my package was lost but they still made it right. Was beyond grateful for that. Thank you 🙏

Product selection is not horrible. The prices are cheaper than say a well know local store and optics office but they were more than what I am used to paying. I only came across Payne when I was having issues during check out with the online retailer I usually use.

I love Payne, they're so affordable and they come in such fun styles! And if you just need some simple frames, you can't go wrong with their line of glasses for under $10. Super easy to input your prescription, I even convinced my boomer dad to get some frames and he didn't get pissed off and blame technology for the fall of man a single time! Thank you Payne.

These frames are cheap and it shows. They break easily, scratch easily even with scratch protection, paid for protection warranty but not easy to get replaced

The delivery part was messed up but they definitely sent a new pair and I love them! Been referring them to everyone!

My glasses were not same size measurements as listed, so i had to exchange.same issue w the new ones. Very sad. Now im stuck w glasses that give me a headache bc they squeeze my head. The legs are bent inward. Nobody has a triangular head like that. I tried bending them by soaking in hot water etc. Such a waste of time and energy

I've now purchased 5 or 6 pairs of glasses from Payne for myself and 3 for my wife. All were perfect and never had to even call for any complaint whatsoever.

Very easy to order and select the lenses. Payne is definitely the best place to order glasses. You will not find a better deal anywhere. My Alpha Round sunglasses look like they cost 3 or 4 hundred bucks from a mall store. Why pay that when you can order from Payne, save your hard earned money, and get a very cool looking pair of shades?

I shopped every Online Eye store I could find every time I go back to Payne glasses. Their prices are better than fair and for the four pairs of glasses ive Bought and received the quality has been great. If I had to say something bad, the only thing I could come up with would be that I really liked my first pair of glasses and wanted to get them again, but they were unavailable.

The glasses I ordered have nose pads made for those glasses. One fell off after several weeks and I was not able to find it. My call to Paynes to ask for a replacement for this simple pad - the absence of which makes my new glasses useless - I was told Paynes does not do that and I'd have to find it at Walmart or someplace. So far none of the three "someplaces" I've been to have ever seen such a nose pad. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but no more. I'm done. Over a nose pad!
