My frames arrived bent. Payne glasses makes returned/refunds as difficult as possible. They will not work with you over the phone, only email. Huge red flag! When they mess up the MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR FACE they will take weeks to send a replacement. Hope you don't need to see until then!

I ordered the wrong prescription for my lenses and you exchanged them for no extra charge. Thank you for that. I have been having injections in my left eye for 5+ years and have been putting off getting an exam, and I am hoping these new glasses will improve my vision.

I've used Payne several times now for mine and my family's prescriptions. The prices are affordable which I truly like and that's why I keep using them.

This is my 3rd time ordering Payne, and the first two times were not good. The frames I ordered did not match the measurements given on the website. You guys need to have a look at that. This 3rd time, I was nervous but 3rd time's the charm, as it turns out. I ordered the Kildare frames (I think they're called), and they're easily one of the best pairs of glasses I've bought in quite some time. Super comfortable, I like how they look, and they fit very well. Might be ordering another pair as Rx sunglasses, we'll see.

I was hesitant about mail-ordering eyeglasses, but they provided enough information to make a good selection, and the ability to return an item if it didn't work out.

I have been purchasing glasses online for years, from various places. I chose Payne this time because my wife needed small frames that I found only Payne has. We had a problem with the frame shortly after receiving them. Payne was quick to replace them BUT NOT ONLY THAT they made changes to the lens to better accommodate my wife's preference, and a more accurate PD.
Yet, that is not the best thing about buying from Payne. NOBODY goes to the length they do to make sure your glasses and lenses are perfect for you. For example, sending them with stick on cross hairs to make sure your eyes fall where they should on the lens.
Even though I cannot find the perfect frame for myself, I will buy from Payne when I get my next pair.

The first pair we had to return due to the edges and bulkyness. They would have cut someone during my daughters Jiu Jitsu class. So we did an exchange thank goodness we got the insurance made it seam less. We picked a new pair out approved by her instructor and the new pair came in fast. They fit great and she uses them 3 times a week for her Jiu Jitsu class. Awesome experience!
