I ordered a Playstation gift card, but received a Karma Koin? Card, they spent almost 3 hours reviewing my order before processing it, then when I informed them I had the wrong item, they said it was my fault and would not be giving a refund. I currently have a paypal case open against them so hoping I can get my money back

Tried to buy an iTunes gift card and it was cancelled without reason. Upon contacting support they said "Unfortunately we are unable to disclose the reasons behind the cancellation, as it can give people the opportunity to circumvent our system." Which makes me think their system is super insecure. Either way, the support was super unhelpful and made it impossible to even make a purchase on the site.
Order a PSN card, put all of my info in, and they take payment from my paypal. One second later, order cancelled and refunded. Customer service was garbage.

It was late and I accidentally purchased a Canadian Koin card, which was <$10 USD. While the initial order screen showed Canadian dollars, the finalization did not (nor did the redeem UI). When I realized I purchased the wrong one, I purchased the $10 USD version and asked for a refund on the original. They refused, saying they would not. Subsequent correspondence with the company, including the request of manager involvement, were essentially ignored through useless EMail responses (always from different CSRs). Exercise caution when using this company as their support will not resolve issues such as this and you will have to go through your bank to fight any improperly placed orders.
The site does not look very well made, but they do deliver the goods they advertise. I bought gamecards there a few times before I ran into (serious!) trouble. There are two problems:
1) from the site its not clear you will get a digital copy of a gamecard, but thats only a problem if you want to give someone a physical gift I guess.
2) the site is buggy. My last order the site told me my creditcard was rejected and that I should try again later. When I tried again ten minutes later it was rejected again, so I thought Ill call my bank tomorrow. When I called my bank they told me that pc game supply charged my creditcard twice already! So pc game supply told me they could not charge me but in reality they charged me twice. I also received the gamecard twice, but I only tried to buy one of course. They would not take back the second card and refund me, they blamed me for their site not working. Very unprofessional and screwed me out of another 50$. Bunch of liars and cheaters, dont bring your money to them.
PC Game Supply is a pretty nifty site. They were a bit confusing to me, though, which may have to do with the fact that I'm the dumbest broad known to mankind, but still.
I had a problem with one purchase and they refunded the money directly, after I showed proof that it was payed.
I then did try two other purchases and delivery was nearly instantaneous!

I tried to buy an ultimate game card for Neverwinter and get the bonus zen before july 31st and I bought it waaaay before july 31st but I never got my bonus zen. Everyone is saying it is not their fault I didn't get my bonus zen and I have nobody to complain to in order to get my money. I can't even return the card since I used it. BEWARE of sites like this.
This site does have a stringent security setup that proves rather frustrating as a new customer, but their effort is appreciated.
