I tried to buy a digital Apple Play Card as a gift for a friend's birthday. I used Paypal as suggested. After they got my name, phone number, home address and Paypal authorization, I got an email saying "we were unable to process your payment and deliver your order." Paypal had already authorized the payment and I have never had a problem paying anything with Paypal. I feel like this was just in order to get all of my information for future scams or spam.
It's been 10 hours since I submitted my order and the product doesn't show in my panel. I tried to contact the support team and they're not responsive, they don't answer questions in a straightforward manner and usually they respond with not a useful answer. Until now I sent more than 20 email with 4 complaints tickets and no one can answer my question yet. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR. The only reason I'm not saying they're a scam is I'm a returning customer. But this kind of issues must be resolved immediately. They have so many indirect answers and never answer questions really and they will tell you some "department" will get to you soon but expect to wait days until the "department" get to you. Awful experience with no one that seems to care really about the customer. Don't expect your money back right away and don't expect to get the product you ordered also. Just ridiculous, awful, unprofessional and unacceptable service.

I tried to purchase a gift card from here, I made an account, I put in my credit card info for payment, Then AFTER I pressed purchase it told me I need to verify my phone number before getting access. I put in my phone number but didn't receive anything so I was unable to verify it. Received an email that said my purchase was cancelled but the money was still taken from my credit card despite the fact that it was cancelled. I tried making 4 different tickets to report this but I have neither received a single word from them or even a single email to notify that my ticket has actually gone through.

First of all I'm literally showing a receipt that the money was taken from my account, and I still haven't gotten a refund btw secondly I mention how I contacted your customer support MANY times with no responses. Idk what planet you live on, but here if someone takes your money, not deliver on what they were supposed to deliver, then not respond to any of your attempts of messaging them, we consider that a very clear scam.
Another reviewer utilizing the word "scam" when nothing happened to them. The customer was not able to complete phone verification, this is a process of verifying an SMS link to your phone. If the process is not completed then we will be unable to deliver the order. The customers authorization was cancelled and no payment was collected from the customer. There was no harm or anything bad that happened to the customer other then the lost time the customer spent attempting to place the order.
They won´t process your order, just take your money, give you a fake phone verification window and you won´t be able to proceed. 100% scam. Careful with those shady sites.

I purchased two PSN gift cards, then they charged me and took my money. However, I didn't receive my order. They said that the order takes three minutes as usual and ten minutes to check. Now, it was an hour and I submitted 6 tickets to get support or an explanation, but I didn't get any.

So far my 4 years of experience with this website has been good. Despite some issues with payments not going through in time, delay when it comes to clicking certain options, It still does exactly what it's intended to do.
And the customer service team are quick to respond. Which is a bonus!
