Everything was fine. It fit fine. It was delivered in a timely manner. I could not tell the thickness of the sweater from the pictures and I should have asked before I bought it. It is thin material and does not keep my dog warm in the cold outside weather like I was expecting it to. I was expecting a thicker sweater meant for cold weather. My mistake for not asking before buying.
I bought one sweater for our Bella and loved it so much at the Mountain Laurel Festival in Clarksville; I then ordered a second one for her on line! Love the details and colors and quality.
First of all, let me say that Johan was very accommodating and his customer service is superb! I purchased 3 alpaca pillows and an alpaca rug for my guest bathroom, all have a luxurious look and feel.The pillows have the alpaca on both sides and look just like pictured on their website. As for the alpaca rug in the guest bathroom, Johan worked within my specifications to ensure that the rug would move with ease under my bath door. By suggesting a somewhat shorter hair, the rug fits and looks perfect! All in all, it has been a wonderful experience and I am enjoying all of the beautiful products that I purchased from Peruvian Accent. As an added bonus, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you receive. Do not hesitate to purchase from this company, you will not be disappointed!

I love my new mask! It is very pretty, but also fits extremely well and works great. The cut goes up on my nose, which works great with my glasses, and it is very thick, so protects well, but is very soft at the same time!
