I signed up for Physicians Mutual Dental Insurance. And I paid the first month of payment. I received an email from Physicians Mutual, it asked me to open the attachment. It will not open, the message said, if so, forward the email to
"*******@vsn.voltage.com" I did it three times but no response from Physicians Mutual. For more than a month, I have had no insurance card, or any document.
Stay away from this insurance company.
