IF I could give this star 0 star I would. I purchased some white boots that I was going to wear once for halloween. Got them for a resonable price, didnt take long to get in the mail, right size, everything goes fine. Ended up changing what I was dressing up as so I decided to return the boots. They do not pay the cost of shipping for returns, so I had to pay 15$ for shipping them back. They get my boots on November 1st as I was tracking my package. A week later, no money is back in my account so I give them a call. "We recieved your package a week ago" "OK when will the money be back in my account" "We will contact our returns department to process the return, but it depends on your bank" Ok, no problem. Nov 15 give them a call, no money is back in my account. The lady says "I will contact my returns department to process the return" "Wait, last time I called you said the same thing." Basically, IT SHOULDNT TAKE A MONTH TO GET THE MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. Pink basis, step your game up.

DON'T ORDER FROM PINKBASIS! I REPEAT DO NOT! ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Their products are horrible horrible pieces of material. I ordered what looked like a cute bathing suit & shoes. I wear a size 8.5 in shoes, so I ordered a 9 to be safe & the shoes were WAY too small. Then they send me two pieces of horrendous colored material that I am supposed to twist into a bikini top. I was SO disappointed with what I received. & the best part is, THEY DON'T LET YOU RETURN BATHING SUITS. I emailed them saying I was very disappointed, & that I would like a refund. They emailed me the return policy back. This website is extremely deceiving, I can not stress enough how much everyone needs to stay away from this website.

This is The worst website ever! The quality is very very very bad! It looks like a cheap custom, I had my order placed mid of June, when I received It 10 days later It had two missing items and when I contacted them It took one month or even more to prove that there are two missing items with more than 4 phone calls and 12 emails! At last when I asked for a refund for The money for The two missing items they told me that It will b in my paypal account in 5 business days its been 2 weeks now! With 6 more e-mails and I'm still waiting! My recommendation avoid this website It is The worst website ever! Services is very poor, and The quality is a disaster!

This company is not compliant with state and local laws concerning their policies. The products were horrible, and the return/refund policy was not disclosed prior to purchase (and being in California) state law requires that from any online business. Also, the customer service is horrible, and they would not comply with any requests. I am asking for a full research of this business's conducts and policies, as this is not acceptable within the retail industry.

I've purchased two sneaker wedges from pinkbasis and was very disappointed! The shoes were made out foam and had a stench of burnt rubber. One of the pairs they sent me was already worn and had dirt on the sole. It seemed like they've tried cleaning it and it also had a white stain on the side of the shoe. I've emailed them about wanting a refund on the worn pair but no response so i said screw it and wore them wont buy from this site again...

I ordered a shirt for the first time on their website and i waited and waited and waited then i checked the tracking # to see why it was delaying so long it said it was delivered i checked with my neighbors and nothing so i contacted pinkbasis customer service and they filed a claim i had to wait 8 days and nothing then ten days after i chat with them again and they gave me store credit i wont ever shop here again they wont help you unless you badger them. And you have to be consistent.

I am so sorry I did not google this site and read all of the horrible reviews people had posted about them, I should have done my research, anyway, I order a total amount of 5 things and only received 4, I tried emailing them just to check on the item not received and I got no answer, I tried calling various times and the phone was either busy or was left waiting for a representative for about 15 minutes until I decided to hang up. Horrible customer service that's for sure. It's just a headache dealing with them, they are unreachable.

My 1 star rating for this company is an understatement... this company would be in a better shape if the 3 blind mice works there as their employees... reading the reviews i guess i was not the only one that got wrong orders shipped and a forever refund... these people are crazy and unprofessional... not only that they wont try to get back to you when you try to contact them or even when you do contact them after waiting for an hour over the phone (sure like our freaking time is not precious...) and they promise you over the phone that they will give me a refund back to paypal... there is still no refund back to my paypal... so i got online and signed on to my account and there's no credit there either... so yah... don't waste your time on this site people... and if you magazine people are reading this... i also stopped subscribing to Lucky Magazine and other magazine who promotes this site...

I waited three weeks and no tracking number no update. Three people order all to the same address and everyone received their package except mine?! Emailed 15 times no answer. And insane wait for support call center. And was on hold 3 times for and hour just for support call center to tell me we'll get back to you 24 hours and they do not. I finally got through to someone today and they told me one of your order is not in stock so your basically not going to receive it? Unbelievable, I bought that one product for a gift. I waited that long and they tell me 3 weeks later?! Ridiculous! Really Ridiculous. I will never shop on this site ever again. And I will spread the news to everyone I know not to shop here..

I placed an order on Pinkbasis. By the time I got to the end of placing my order there was no spot to enter the promo code. Thought it would automatically deduct the amount at check out but it didn't. Got an email confirmation a few minutes later notating the entire amount being processed. Tried calling them and there were 70 callers ahead of me. Held as long as I could, got all the way down to caller 10 but was working and had to run into meeting. Tried calling back an hour later and now the line is disconnected! Poor customer service!
