After purchasing these three packages from PixelFilmStudios, I am on Mac Mojave (10. 14. 6) and FCPX versions 10. 4. 10. Simply the included installers with the purchase would not install correctly into FCPX with the included installer. After contacting these folks, they sent me a mojave installer. Under their direction as to where to put it before installing, they successfully guided me to the proper place, with the proper steps, and then everything works just great. Really a good job. That did take awhile but the technician guiding me through their procedure was patients and great to work with. AND, they solved the problem. These three packages are wonderful for video work... I recommend them highly! Dave

Had the plugin Stabilizer 2.0 it is a cool plugin. After some time and updated OS and FCPX, I was having trouble with it with red error box and trying everything I could find to fix it. Finally checked there customer service, and was very impressed. Instead of an email and waiting to here back just to have a link sent back that was something I already knew (like many companies) there was live chat and Alex from the service team hooked me up with some simple things to try that I hadn't and fixed the problem quickly!

I had an issue with an installation app of the plugin I bought on PixelFilmStudios, it said it was corrupted. I tried to redownload it for 3 times and nothing changed but I wrote to Support and they asked for screenshots and then told me to try again with another browser so it worked! And after that they reseted my downloadings so now I have 5 downloads remaining. Support team help me in a 3 minutes and it took 10 second to receive their answer! THANK YOU!

I had an issue with two of the plugins from a bundle pack not opening within the timeline of final cut. I contacted Pixelfilmstudios for support. The issue was a red screen centred with a double triangle with an exclamation mark. Unlike a lot of tech/software support these days the online help was brilliant. I was taken through a number of trouble shooting exercises. The first was to check the FXplug in folder to make sure that the folder and plugin were visible. I was then asked to download and run the FXrun plugin, the link was in the help chat which made it easier than trying to find it on the website myself. All of the instructions given were provided with a guidance photo and a text diagram. I was then asked to manually reinstall the plugin and then reopen FCPX and the fault was immediately fixed. The online instructions given were crystal clear and straight forward. The problem was solved in one visit. Excellent tech support!

First, Pixel Film Studios is an AWESOME company! They sell every tool I could need for professional FCPX projects. The price tag is a fraction of what other companies charge, plus they have weekly sales.
The customer support is awesome - they are available on chat whenever they are open for business, and I always get prompt and thorough support. They even set up a screen share session for me once when something just wasn't getting fixed, and they walked me through fixing it from start to finish. GREAT SUPPORT! This morning my new installation was having a problem with email validation, and they fixed it once again! I give them a A++ for the value of products and awesome support!
