I bought a product that i thought was not compatible with my computer. I was so confused because i kept getting a red screen. I was wrong about the compatibility part though. Lol but it's fine because this team member of PFS def pulled through for me - and didn't quit until we got it done. I know absolutely nothing about anything i was instructed to do today, but it didn't matter, the rep put things simple enough that i was able to follow right along. Thank you all for the help. I just came off the online chat with a super helpful person that managed to get my plugin for the M1 Macbook working! I had been struggling to figure out the problem online myself (and messed a few things up in the process) but they managed to sort the issue out within minutes! And also put right all the stuff I messed up too!

The support team provides instant excellent support. Upon installation of FCPX TEXT Tool, there appear to be missing text from the plugin. However, it turns out to be it's some other problem. The tech support was able to identify the problem for me and solve it right away within 5min. They walk me through online step by step and solve the problem instantly. Its a peace of mind to have the excellent tech support team behind their product! I would recommend Pixel Film Studio Products.

I just purchased FCPX along with PixelFilmStudio Looks Suite yesterday. I downloaded the Looks Suite and tried dragging the Lut's (color grading tool) onto my timeline clip. Well, it gave me a red screen error on every tool in the package. I submitted a ticket to live support and they walked me through every step, with very patient support! They even refunded one of the five provided downloads available. As a young adult, they cooperated with me the best they could. I searched everywhere on youtube and reddit to find out that all of the processes on those platforms were way too long and incorrect. To the guy/girl who helped me, thank you partner!

I have been using their product for several years and have many (98) of their PlugIns. I had an issue with the plugin registering in Final Cut. The PFS. App didn't help fix the problem... I opened up a live chat on the site and the problems were identified quickly. I had some items that were discontinued/unsupported so they were not working. They sent me a file that fixed my other issues. It took less than 8 minutes, including me taking screen shots. All fixed and I'm up and running. I place a suggestion that in a future release of the PFS. App should identify the discontinued/unsupported plugins and allow you to delete it from the computer.

The agent at Pixel Film Studios was GREAT! Over the years, I have purchased over 3 dozens Pixle Film Studios. I noticed this past Friday that some of these plugins were now not working after an upgrade of Final Cut Pro. The agent at PFS was very patient. The agent took me step-by-step including showing me screenshots of the procedure. We needed to perform 2 sets of steps, but we got all the problem plugins working.

Not only are these plug-ins for Final Cut Pro amazing, but the customer service is extremely helpful. I was able to screenshot all of my problems, and within 10 minutes, have everything sorted and working properly. The library of plugins is huge, and with the constant updates, it's stupid not to get your stuff from Pixel Film Studios.

I purchased 3 different plug ins. Two worked wonderfully. The third purchase however I could get to open. I contacted support online chat support and they helped me fix the issue rather quickly. Turns out I had my plug ins in the incorrect folders. I would highly recommend PFS!

Apart from the price performance for PFS products, the support is world class. Answers and assistance are super fast and easy and understandable even for non-professionals. With my last problem, that a plugin was not installed, the PFS support led me through the manual installation one-to-one. For me as a non-professional, this would have been impossible.
