Hey playerup, you have a good system, good sellers, good support but you got to fix your ingame items section. The sellers in these specific sections are more or less all shady or scammers. Specifically talking about 2 games, marvel top up services and on pc EFT items. I'd get some serious modding done in these sections and remove all these bad sellers. Other than that, I enjoyed using your platform and while I am not a longterm using customer, maybe in the future I will consider using you again.

I tried to buy a Yugioh duel links account, paid with credit card and waited for the approval and contact... and still waiting an official response (5 days latter). I saw in my bank account that they eventually refund the money (it seems) but not actual contact nor response. Kinda felt discriminated for not living in the US, it seems i didnt pass their validation system and didnt receive an official answer, even they labelled my account as "high risk". Not 1 star because at least return the money.

UPDATED 09/05/2021: They contact me shortly after this post to verify my account, but i cant just delete my review so I will update to average taking account their explanation.

If you want to be protected with your online sales/purchases for game accounts then use PlayerUp Middleman Service. I have been using their site for over 5 years now and already sold countless of accounts and offered my own service there as well. Of course, there are delays and such but that is true for all websites that operates the same. Their support team could take time to give response but its getting better.

They take your money for insurance and don't provide insurance. Middleman does nothing. You pay money and insurance for a chat room. Middleman ignores you after taking your money.
