Needed to fix my k y c to receive payment on the exchange which caused problems for me. Once I did playerup processed the payment within 96 hours. Sale completed thanks 4 being legit.

First time using this website after being recommended by a couple of my friends. This looks like a stable website that I could use for a long while, but for now, the verification is taking a while. Other than that, can't wait to experience this website and their unique three-way conversation. 3* for now, will edit back again in the future :D <3.

Edit 1: The moderate/middleman is pretty attentive and legit. Reassure me right at an instant to resolve the issue, I could now see why this website is legit. Offered me a better experience so far than other sites. Hopes it gets resolved. :D <3

Customer support does not answer, I'm waiting for the refund. Paid yesterday, cancelled because I can't really afford this. No reply to date.

Edit: i didn't check my account online. When I did i see they already processed it on tuesay. This issue is resolved.

Last year I've sold an account using a PlayerUp platform and it went with almost no issues. After that I wanted to cash out from the platform to my paypal, and the order status is "on pending" since then although it says it willl take between 24-144 hours.
I've tried to contact with the support dozens of times, but with no answer from them. Lately I've connected with them on Telegram and was promised that they will take over the case... and since then - NOTHING!

The middleman support contacted me and I've been promised that my problem will be resolved right after I'm closing the offsite cases. Good communication through tg so far!

After the previous update, the Middleman stopped responding again. FOR ME, IT'S A SCAM AND I RECOMMEND TO AVOID PLAYERUP!

Stay as far away from this website as possible as a seller!

This place is a scam - it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. When they do get in touch, they will not provide the support/progress you are asking for (sometimes for weeks/months at a time).

I sold an account using their middleman "service". The service is claimed to be free (everywhere you look it says so, it's not easy to find out what are the actual fees), but eventually you will learn that it is in fact subject to ~13% fee which gets lower the more transactions you do with them. Theoretically as an exchange for this fee you should get a professional support, safeguarding the transaction, someone to guide both sides through the transaction etc.In reality you get none of that. In fact, you also don't get your money as the seller. In my case the account that I was selling was purchased in May, and I still did not receive a penny from that.

At first I could not get a single reply from them, and I used all available methods of communication - I sent several DMs on the website, used 2 facebook chats, reddit etc. Only after digging on the internet I found out they had a Telegram where they did reply (that was in late June), only to give me false hope, as still nothing changed. I wanted to get my payment, selected payment method (PayPal) and provided everything only to find out that instead they processed it as a transfer to their website's "wallet", where they later on initiated the cashout process (that was 2 months after they received the payment from the buyer), even though I did not ask for putting this to their wallet (that's one of the "payment methods") but to get it payed out. Again- nowhere on their page you will find out that this is their standard process. After that they did not process the cashout - I waited for weeks, sent several DMs and messages on Telegram and everywhere else and was ignored.

I then posted negative reviews on a few pages (including this one) and they reached out instantly, asking to put these reviews down in exchange for expediting the process. I foolishly agreed, hoping to get my money - but unfortunately no. Finally they replied, saying they have some issues with PayPal and asked to issue them a PayPal invoice, which I did, to no effect. Again waiting for several weeks only for them to kindly reply that they won't be able to process this as paypal and asked for an alternative method of payment. That was 1 month ago. Until now I still haven't received replies to my latest messages, or my money, 4 months after the transaction.

I sold a couple accounts 3 weeks ago through the middleman service and it worked very well. I'm still waiting on payment but someone from their team is helping me so hopefully that gets resolved soon. The exchange service though works very well!

Genshin account for 1k $. Took 4 days but I finally managed to get payment. Thought I was getting scammed based on reviews but my error here. The site will pay just a bit of a lengthy process.

They are lying and i have proof, the customer held the account for two years and lost it which has nothing to do with me, i cant give you something in your possesion then you lose it after two years you contact me to help with it? The issue is out of my hands. I did not recall the account they are liars and scammers. Evil company that wont pay you and their reviews are fake be very careful, you was warned

The so supposed 'Middleman' are all in on the scams they will not deliver anything you purchase on this site.

I sold an account on PlayerUp approximately 40 days ago and I still haven't received my payment.

I had messaged them weeks before I posted on Reddit, but they ignored me the entire time. They only replied to me on Telegram in response to my Reddit post. Furthermore, they essentially blackmailed me into removing the Reddit post, claiming that it was hindering the payment process. Reluctantly, I complied and took down my post. They then asked me how I would like to be paid, but once again they stopped responding.

On May 11th, they assured me that my payment would be cashed out within 1 to 96 hours. However, it has been 470 hours since then and I have not received a single cent from PlayerUp.

My experience leaves me wondering if PlayerUp is a genuine company or simply a despicable scam.

It took a few days for someone to get ahold of me but someone got ahold of me to resolve it on monday

Update: After contacting support they gave me a fast response and helped me cash out my money...

I had some issues with the buyer but Playerup made the whole process easy and seamless. They take a bit of time because they have a backlog but if you are patient they will pay you.

When I was trying to buy something the seller got banned, after that I was spamming the ticket for a month trying to get my money back they gave it back in credits, after they blamed it on that the seller got banned and my ticket suspiciously got "lost in the system". But now that I'm trying to cash out my credits I have the same issue it has been around 3 weeks now and still no response. I swear this must be some messed up strategy they use to scam you out of your money.

Update:
My PlayerUp account got banned or something similar shortly after posting this review because whenever I have tried to log into my account I got some error saying the website couldn't be reached, but when I made a new account it worked just fine. PlayerUp still has made no attempts to contact me.

And also this is not resolved as Jason W. Says it is.
